04/7/2022 18:00 | This is getting 'close to the wire'. 07.30 tomorrow is final cut-off for accounts sign-off and submission. As I read it. | richdm1
01/7/2022 09:29 | Presumably we should expect an announcement soon as to negotiations with AIM, as next Tuesday is the potential date for delisting under AIM rule 19. | stemis
14/6/2022 21:42 | I did say 'if'. However I'd be surprised if DX haven't discussed the matter with PKF and made them comfortable with the issues. It's not like the whole matter isn't pretty high profile. | stemis
14/6/2022 20:31 | and PKF are happy to sign off on the accounts, We've not got that far yet Stemis! They've been appointed which is broadly positive but I'll feel happier when they are signed off. | nigelpm
14/6/2022 20:04 | About time some of these 'major auditors' got given the order of the boot. Chancers | swiss paul
14/6/2022 08:30 | I wonder if the appointment of the auditors signifies that the investigation into the corporate governance issue has been concluded. If investigation reached a satisfactory conclusion and PKF are happy to sign off on the accounts, I think there's a good chance (bearing in mind that DX have already indicated that the matter is confidential and DX. have claimed privilege over the matter) that the amount of information we'll get about what it was all about will be quite restricted. | stemis
14/6/2022 07:57 | Hopefully this is now a major breakthrough in resolution of this situation. | stemis
14/6/2022 07:29 | Eh Up - DX is pleased to announce that PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") has been appointed as the Company's new auditor, with the appointment taking effect immediately. PKF will commence the audit of the Company's report and accounts for the financial period ended 3 July 2021 (the "2021 Audit") without delay, and will commence the audit of the Group's financial statements for the current financial year ending 2 July 2022 as soon as practicable. | swiss paul
14/6/2022 07:15 | Good news - hopefully we can get on with it all and avoid being de-listed. | nigelpm
14/6/2022 07:14 | A great team and work with them on a semi-regular basis | solarno lopez
14/6/2022 06:40 | Pkf are an excellent practice | jqb1
14/6/2022 06:40 | It will all be fine, don't panic! | jqb1
14/6/2022 06:08 | Yes- but probably too late.... | paulisi
25/5/2022 12:41 | 5/7 so no worries on de listing | nw99
25/5/2022 07:48 | Each day that goes by seems to increase the likelihood of a delisting. | everton448
20/5/2022 08:55 | Express is pretty easy to turnaround once they stop the focus on the Exchange product , the market needs a quality B2B carrier with personal communication. Spend some money on IT and the fleet and the rest will follow | ls24
19/5/2022 21:30 | MBOs usually occur when management feel the shares are undervalued. This doesn't seem to apply to DX, given their meteoric rise to around 30p from sub-10p, unless management feel there is still more to come, e.g. if they're convinced they can turn round Express. | lombriz
19/5/2022 14:06 | Have a read up on Talk Talk as an example then.... | fenners66
19/5/2022 10:05 | My shilling is on a MBO with a 20% or so premium on the share price. As so few own the majority of shares it would be easy to get through with minimum pain whilst retaining goodwill of the customers | ls24

19/5/2022 09:30 | The present share holders would stay happy ... listed or not imo Say for example it's making 1 million per month ... 12-14 PA ...I'm pretty sure financial backing would be available..... | amaretto1
18/5/2022 15:08 | But how would management, with its corporate governance reputation shot to smithereens, convince lenders to provide the tens of millions required to make a decent bid of at least 25p, say. | lombriz
18/5/2022 14:33 | It buys time ... if it's a MBO delisting means nothing A bid will come for present share holders .....Job done .......Stole diamonds and paid washers for it | amaretto1
18/5/2022 13:12 | Solution to what? How will it solve the problem of finding an auditor? | lombriz |
