The last forecast I have in my notes was for turnover of £409m for y/e 2022, so £425m is well ahead.

Share price should be closer to mid/high 40s given that update . Cash generation is very high . Revenue really good . Don't know details on gross and net profit

Net cash £27m and rising it appears, DYOR, trading ahead of expectations. I still think we will see a crash on re-admission, but that at the moment, could like a very good buying opportunity. Let's see what happens....roll on September!

I don't think DX have suffered a fraud, that is a criminal act and they simply could not keep that under wraps.

Whatever the issue/s are - they are not so bad to stop a new auditor coming in and getting on with the job. So the new auditor must see a way to 'manage the issue'.

Other than that, the core business appears fine and why I bought in the first place, DX is flying! Perhaps we get out of this...

I've had confirmation from the company that AIM have granted an extension to the period that DX shares remains suspended, rather than cancelling them from trading, in order for the further work to be completed. I did make the point that they would have been better announcing that.

SteMiS indeed. It looks like they have agreed with AIM to maintain listing and results being out with target date & new auditor hopefully will provide at least a small positive! Trading hopefully will be OK, making any big fall in the share price look churlish & attractive to bidders. DYOR and see you all in September!

You would hope for a corporate update as the half year results were due in January , and the 2022 results due in September. Those auditors are busy with two years of results

Surprised there is no mention of the imminent cancellation of the listing, which was 'scheduled' (subject to negotiation with AIM) for today. That the shares remained 'suspended' rather suggests that they have agreed a derogation, however it would have been nice to have been told.

Whilst the absence of information about the corporate governance issue will inevitably lead to speculation, of which there is plenty above (although I agree with QS99 that the market makers will almost certainly drop the price on re-listing on the expectation of disgruntled sellers) its always worth bearing in mind that the nomad, with whom the company have discussed the matter, do not consider it a resignation matter

Clearly the company has been subjectected to some sort of fraud. Have the police been notified or are they still keeping shareholders ignorant?

Well whatever happens it will crash in September as people holding for a year rush for the exit.....whether that is justified remains to be seen, but could produce an interesting trading opportunity! DYOR

Let's get the audit done, take the remedial actions and let's re-list in September.

Presumably we should expect an announcement soon as to negotiations with AIM, as next Tuesday is the potential date for delisting under AIM rule 19.

I did say 'if'.

However I'd be surprised if DX haven't discussed the matter with PKF and made them comfortable with the issues. It's not like the whole matter isn't pretty high profile.

We've not got that far yet Stemis!

They've been appointed which is broadly positive but I'll feel happier when they are signed off.
