07/7/2022 13:07 | Run by crooks? | marktime1231
07/7/2022 09:25 | You're really not wrong! It is incredible. Odd to think that amongst all that chaos there might actually be a decent, profitable, cash generative business! | everton448
07/7/2022 09:22 | What I find flabbergasting is that after all this time, all the water that has passed under the bridge, shareholders still don't have the faintest clue what particular improprities have been bestowed upon the company. Insane! Nuts!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! | my retirement fund
07/7/2022 08:29 | Liberum now forecasting 20m PBT for 2022 (20% increase in their previous forecast) ie 2.6 eps - they are forecasting 3.4 eps for 2023 or 25.8 million PBT (this increasing their forecast by 10% for that year) | everton448
07/7/2022 08:08 | The last forecast I have in my notes was for turnover of £409m for y/e 2022, so £425m is well ahead. | stemis
07/7/2022 07:41 | Share price should be closer to mid/high 40s given that update . Cash generation is very high . Revenue really good . Don't know details on gross and net profit | croasdalelfc
07/7/2022 07:41 | Net cash £27m and rising it appears, DYOR, trading ahead of expectations. I still think we will see a crash on re-admission, but that at the moment, could like a very good buying opportunity. Let's see what happens....roll on September! GLA/DYOR | qs99
07/7/2022 07:37 | I don't think DX have suffered a fraud, that is a criminal act and they simply could not keep that under wraps. Whatever the issue/s are - they are not so bad to stop a new auditor coming in and getting on with the job. So the new auditor must see a way to 'manage the issue'. Other than that, the core business appears fine and why I bought in the first place, DX is flying! Perhaps we get out of this... | molatovkid
07/7/2022 07:36 | A cracking update though without much color - the board's communication skills leave a lot to be desired | croasdalelfc
07/7/2022 07:31 | Cracking update that puts to bed some of the wild unfounded claims (on here and twitter) about the company's finances... | stemis
07/7/2022 07:14 | You genuinely couldn't make it up. Out of nowhere an extremely positive trading update | everton448
07/7/2022 07:10 | Solid results | solarno lopez
05/7/2022 13:39 | They did, under RNS this morning 07.00hr-- RNS Number : 2865R DX (Group) PLC 05 July 2022 AIM: DX. | richdm1
05/7/2022 13:11 | I've had confirmation from the company that AIM have granted an extension to the period that DX shares remains suspended, rather than cancelling them from trading, in order for the further work to be completed. I did make the point that they would have been better announcing that. | stemis
05/7/2022 10:27 | SteMiS indeed. It looks like they have agreed with AIM to maintain listing and results being out with target date & new auditor hopefully will provide at least a small positive! Trading hopefully will be OK, making any big fall in the share price look churlish & attractive to bidders. DYOR and see you all in September! | qs99
05/7/2022 08:54 | You would hope for a corporate update as the half year results were due in January , and the 2022 results due in September. Those auditors are busy with two years of results | croasdalelfc
05/7/2022 08:51 | Surprised there is no mention of the imminent cancellation of the listing, which was 'scheduled' (subject to negotiation with AIM) for today. That the shares remained 'suspended' rather suggests that they have agreed a derogation, however it would have been nice to have been told. Whilst the absence of information about the corporate governance issue will inevitably lead to speculation, of which there is plenty above (although I agree with QS99 that the market makers will almost certainly drop the price on re-listing on the expectation of disgruntled sellers) its always worth bearing in mind that the nomad, with whom the company have discussed the matter, do not consider it a resignation matter | stemis
05/7/2022 08:50 | Clearly the company has been subjectected to some sort of fraud. Have the police been notified or are they still keeping shareholders ignorant? | my retirement fund
05/7/2022 08:12 | I think they must have mis-handled the brown envelope! | glavey
05/7/2022 07:54 | Well whatever happens it will crash in September as people holding for a year rush for the exit.....whether that is justified remains to be seen, but could produce an interesting trading opportunity! DYOR | qs99
05/7/2022 07:14 | I don't think I want to know either, it obviously is not some minor issue... Let's get the audit done, take the remedial actions and let's re-list in September. | molatovkid
05/7/2022 07:13 | Investigation started October 2020 not intended to finish until September 2022 Almost 2 Years !! | fenners66 |
