I don't think the appointment of the new director will have any bearing on whether they suspend...

anyone think we are still going to suspend or will new director help sort it out?

If they can pull their fingers out and get the audit done tout suite, before any deadline for a suspension, this IMO will zoom straight back to ATH, why not?

Price slowly creeping up, but I wonder if they'll be a drop as we approach the date of potential suspension, from holders not wanting to be locked in, however short a time that may be?

Bull19 it would be certainly something I would be taking up with the seller/retailer

In any case, it sounds like all couriers are potentially as bad as each other, judging by the comments here!

Bull19, delivery and collection is generally the same round.

Do not think they would be releasing RNSs like that if there was a financial issue. IMO this is all about corporate governance disclosures & poor management of audit timing and new auditor....DYOR, but this should be mid 30s to 40p IMO.....DYOR

You try getting a parcel delivered by Hermes. Could literally end up anywhere.

Had a parcel recently from DHL. Said it was being delivered Monday, got a message Friday to say it had been handed over to resident. Interesting because no-one was in. Returned to find it in the bush next to the road...

I'm sure you're right and I'm aware that my experience might not be typical of DX on a national basis. However I was concerned to have poor experience with delivery AND collection services which indicates a wider problem, not just an individual driver having a bad day

Bull19 you'd be a worried man if you read trustpilot reviews on 90% of business's these days, you do realise covid has crippled service quality at most business's - certainly the ones I touch. I dined with 2 Carrier reps last week who were telling me how many thousands of packages were sat in depots - neither were DX. Most carriers are performing well considering the challenges

muted reaction to that post? Surely this should mean either bigger yield, a sale, or a more refined growth strategy? DYOR

And on a separate occasion, we waited in for an expensive laptop to be delivered and it got dropped off at a neighbour with no card through our door. DX keeps appearing on my screener due to its attractive fundamentals and SP, but this personal experience has put me off. I'd be worried if this is the typical standard, that they will ultimately lose business

For what it's worth I've had very poor experience with DX recently. Tried to arrange for some furniture to be returned and they just didn't come. Waited in on three occasions. In the end, the shop advise d me to arrange my own courier!

Try Hermes - you may get it in 2 years. Dry ur eyes FFS.

Either that - buy shares, go to the AGM and complain

What's going on with this company. I don't own any shares but have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by them. It should have arrived on the 10th and has been cancelled 8 times. I know it's Xmas but surely those not delivered one day should be delivered the next.

Until we know what is the issue it's hard to make any judgements about managements response to it.

Well it should be if management were capable enough! Elbow grease, hard yards over Christmas period to avoid that embarrassment.
