Not one of Mr Carp's best 'investments'.
I suppose the share price will continue to be ultra-weak until he has disposed of his entire holding.
Better luck next time.

More insightful and interesting than anything you have put on this board charlesg1. Its almost like your reading out a Coronation Street script, predictable and old.

Any of you gentlemen have experience with brokers X-O(by jarvis) or iweb-sharedealing(by halifax).

ii have increased theres fees again(from £90 a year to now £120/£240), I think its time I finally went elsewhere.

Both x-o and iweb have a simple flat trade fee of £5.95 per trade and have no monthly/yearly admin fees or inactivity fees.

Gentlemen,
I spoke to the management earlier in the year and Mr Carp (and his tactics) was not described in the most favourable terms around the table. He came out of nowhere to chase the share price up, taking out loose lines of stock and built his stake without any interaction with the management.
That he is now reversing his trade will not be on any "inside" information, and the same can be said for his original purchases. The company is still pursuing its strategies and the market makers who some still (erroneously) believe spend all their day having fun and games at private clients expenses, do not give one hoot about this company one way or another; if they see sellers the shares will go down and vice versa, and this will be just one of several hundred companies that each trader looks at.
If Mr Carp continues to lean on the share price I will look to replace the ones I sold to him in the mid 0.30's in the low 0.20's.
Good luck to all.

I asked my broker to see if he could find any statements from the company to support MMs comments that Dke was within weeks of announcing multiple property acquisitions. I couldn't see anything myself so I thought maybe amongst professionals there MIGHT BE different sources.

My broker drew a blank.

So, in his view, MM is either a direct insider (either part of the business) or a paid advisor or holds a significant chunk of shares and is doing his damndest to talk up the share price ..alL of which are problematical in their own way.

Meanwhile, the carnage continues.

What did your ‘broker’ hope to find that wasn’t in the public domain? If your not looking to buy in at any price why are you here? Jeez it’s like asking a politician for a straight answer

I can assure you MM I certainly not looking to buy this at any price.
But I raised your observations with my broker regarding imminent deals - you have raised this point several times - and he has scoured the market to externally validate you comments and he tells me tha he can find nothing anywhere to substantiate your argument.

So either it is bs, or you are an insider, perhaps a broker, being paid to do the company's bidding. perhaps they pay you in shares. In any event, if you are misleading the market or leafing insider info both acts are criminal and carry stiff sanctionsif established.

The question arises, if this is such a screaming buy at these prices, why are major holders selling and no one buying?

Mr Gallagher appears to have started the sell off.
He may well have spooked the other gentleman.

Market Maker you seem to be making profound allegations, do you have evidence? If so this should be reported immediately to the FCA. Additionally, you are making references to information that cannot be cross referenced by anything the company has placed in the public domain. So either you are bullsh!tting or you are an insider leaking information- and that would also be a criminal offence. So I have sent a screen shot of your comments to my broker and enquired whether both matters should be elevated. He is pondering.

My broker is of the opinion that the seller will only be able to offload in small tranches based on the absence of liquidity in the asset.

Who is the second major holder you speak of??I see only one guy in the tr1 and that's Gary Carp...and he's not exactly selling much really is he, and it's only a small part of what he loaded up with throughout the first half of 2018.

I wouldn't read much into Gary CarpHe spent Jan to July in 2018 increasing his holding from 3% to 15%.And has for the past few months been slowly decreasing it again to the current 10.6%One man price moving, is that classed as manipulation, or insider trading, or what else you choose to call it. His trading suggests to me that he knows nothing more than anyone else.

Dumping? One guy sold £3,500 worth of shares and retains the majority of his holding, Maybe needed some spending money for end of term hols. The other guy still holds over 10%. Why are you trying to bash a stock you don't hold? Are you trying to bash it in the hope of getting in at a better price?

and so it persists..
TWO significant holders are dumping the stock
And not even MarketMaker can be bothered pushing his master's message of 'deals' and 'weeks'.
My broker is smarter than I used to think. Bravo.

Genuine curiosity.
i began asking my broker to identify potentially undervalued small-cap companies.
DKE was on the list. i picked a handful to look at more closely.DKE was one.
Then I asked my broker to do a deeper dive.
He raisd some observations which were unflattering and odd.
I wondering who might be invested in this business and why.
And I still haven't got to a sensible answer.
Even MM has gone silent. My broker thinks he must be either an insider directly- like one of the big 3 holders or a paid advisor ...
If so....the whole of DKE could be a crooked endeavour?
Thre certaainly doesn't appear to be a real business here...
Anyway, it is a really curious case study.

I would love to hear what real holders are expecting to happen...
A company run by a 70yr old with other US business interests who can't seem to do one property deal a year..yet launched the company claiming he'd be doing £100m / property deals / year

Now there is no market in the shares, no one is buyibg, no much selling..it is pretty dead

Anyone here with a large holding or a small holding seems rather screwed. There doesn’t appear to be a market for these shares. Who buys them? Who would?
