This company is suited to investors rather than 10 minute traders. I believe the company will come good so am not bothered about daily share price movement. I'm looking for a ten bagger here and prepared to wait. I don't have any inside info!My guess is that we hear some news within next few weeks ?

Companies are allowed to meet shareholders but not disclose any market sensitive info. To my knowledge they have not said anything more than what is already in the public domain. Try reading the Rns's again they mention there the cash Balance and that they expect to have a busy year this year. Are you a share holder ?

In my view....the company's strategy is flawed and is failing. Either management should bring forward a new strategy or shareholders shouls remove the board and install new leadership.

DKE has a legal duty to treat all shareholders equally
There is a legal process for disseminating information and it is NOT about whispers from private meetings that themselves are dubious in their legality

so what you think or you've heard really isn't worth commenting on one paying the slightest regard to...

As to whether the company has ironed out its processes...this seems complete nonsense because they relied on excuses like -- architect is on holiday, lawyers are on holiday and other such baloney to explain their process failures...all of which are outside DKEs control...

where is the £100m+ property deal per year
where are the hotel acquisitions?
what has happened to the Rascasse JV?

What happened is that someone or II bought 10 million shares at a cost of £39,000 this caused the overhang to clear and the share price went up. This in turn allowed few people to sell at a profit.

The interesting thing is that it is still possible to sell millions over bid price and even the smallest BUY is offered at full ask 0.40

My guess is that the MM's are trying to fill another large BUY order.

Can only buy 150k before going to NT should she further share price rises on next buys.

As it was considered material to annouce the JV with Rascasse - and the appointment of Dart & Long to the board of DKE (Midlands) - the JV vehicle; it stands to reason that the collapse of this JV and the removal of Dart & Long from that board must be equally material.

That this has not been announced means any insiders trading shares at the moment would be guilt, de facto, of insider trading.

So is TLD the chunky seller?

Why is the company playing fast and loose with shareholders?

And if they are unreliable in this matter, over what other matters are they being less than candid?

The facts are:

Two deals completed

Around £450,000 cash in bank

Chairman taking bonus in shares and not cash

Marketcap only around £1.3m

The company only need to RNS material events otherwise they would have to RNS daily!! You are making a false argument.

I have never said I met with the company. I am a shareholder of #DKE and happy to hold long term.

Now - perhaps one needs to see the shareholder register to see what is going on?

If there's nothing to hide, why is the company hiding..?


And, MM, as per your previous note, why is the company sitting down with you? That itself seems to be a breach of duties in relation to treating all shareholders equally..

It is not for you to promote the company, unless you are being paid to do so...

So, wha is your angle here?
