Didn't you get the message last time as to the inappropriateness and complete gaucheness of publishing people's names etc...Only boring people talk about people..
I have no idea as to any shareholder's motivations (except I would assume, to make some money)
In any event, I do not see how speculating on someone else's choices helps anyone else one jot...
Maybe you should publish your own name, declare how many DKE shares you hold (if any) and what your plans & reasons are?
If you aren't willing to do this, perhaps you should remove your post...before the admin folk do it for you..

Very interesting Scotch....what have you heard on the rumour mill..?

I have heard that the reason for the design changes is that Liverpool City Councillor have to urgently rehouse 16 vulnerable clients currently living in condemned council accommodation...assuming this is correct and they have specified the change requirement, planning should be a formality

So - the only surprise is that Liverpool City Council only formally REGISTERED the application this week. However from what I can discern, the council need to have 16 new units asap to rehouse 16 tenants currently living in condemned council accommodation - hence the need to alter the building in the first place - if this proves to be the case, it seems highly unlikely permission will not be granted. In my opinion...Mid August looks like the time

On top of this, there is a big question of bandwidth. How many projects can a team of one really deliver on a going basis...If #DKE is to become a Civitas or anything like...it needs to convince it can turn a pipeline into value at pace
