There seems to have been a large sell-off yesterday, 2X 5miilion plus sales.
But no share price movement and no news.
Confusing.

I am wondering if anyone can shine a light on this company for me?
There seems to be very little information anywhere although the bulletin board seems more active here than elsewhere.

I am not a shareholder (yet, maybe never)but the name popped up on a list from my broker of small,listed entities that hadn’t done anything since launch.

Does anyone understand the CEO table and the shareholders ? If I am right, three people seem to hold 60% of the equity but only one is involved at the board level.

Appreciate any insights that others may have and are able to share.

I am not sharing any new information just stating the facts. The company has a Market cap of around £1.3m and according to previous RNS cash balance of around £450k with 2 deals completed.

The potential of DKE could be immense and thew share price be multiples of current rate if the BOD do what they are promising to do.

If my hunch is right they will start to announce a series of deals within weeks but this is just my opinion.

I will add...at this juncture, anything Market Master seeks to share is irrelevant. He is, as far as my source is able to ascertain, nowhere near the process and is saying what he says for his own particular reasons...most likely a day trader ....but not an opinion worth listening to

I have been asked to explain what I believe is taking place, and while I am unable to divulge specifics I believe it is fair to say that conversations have begun...as to whether they lead to a constructive process and outcome remains to be seen....but all shareholders should hope that a positive pathway can be laid

My associate is a shareholder
He informs me that there is a new loop formimg - and you are not, to his knowledge, within its confines....

I believe new strategies are being sought and proposed because some major shareholders (plural) are expressing their firm views as the right way to move the business forwards

This company is currently suited to traders not investors...traders will have made substantial gains since the collapse to .28

Investors need to see long term value creation and dividends, neither of which are present under the current strategies of the current board

My friend too hopes there will be changes afoot in the next few weeks

This company is suited to investors rather than 10 minute traders. I believe the company will come good so am not bothered about daily share price movement. I'm looking for a ten bagger here and prepared to wait. I don't have any inside info!My guess is that we hear some news within next few weeks ?

Companies are allowed to meet shareholders but not disclose any market sensitive info. To my knowledge they have not said anything more than what is already in the public domain. Try reading the Rns's again they mention there the cash Balance and that they expect to have a busy year this year. Are you a share holder ?

In my view....the company's strategy is flawed and is failing. Either management should bring forward a new strategy or shareholders shouls remove the board and install new leadership.

DKE has a legal duty to treat all shareholders equally
There is a legal process for disseminating information and it is NOT about whispers from private meetings that themselves are dubious in their legality

so what you think or you've heard really isn't worth commenting on one paying the slightest regard to...

As to whether the company has ironed out its processes...this seems complete nonsense because they relied on excuses like -- architect is on holiday, lawyers are on holiday and other such baloney to explain their process failures...all of which are outside DKEs control...

where is the £100m+ property deal per year
where are the hotel acquisitions?
what has happened to the Rascasse JV?

What happened is that someone or II bought 10 million shares at a cost of £39,000 this caused the overhang to clear and the share price went up. This in turn allowed few people to sell at a profit.

The interesting thing is that it is still possible to sell millions over bid price and even the smallest BUY is offered at full ask 0.40

My guess is that the MM's are trying to fill another large BUY order.

It's just my opinion but I strongly believe short term the share price will get to 3p plus which makes it a ten bagger from here.

Can only buy 150k before going to NT should she further share price rises on next buys.
