23/1/2021 14:21 | Interims this week so RNS and a bit of explaining the business at very leastHopefully the first of many deals too.Smaller supported living bread and butter and the bigger ones... | drmaccers

13/1/2021 15:00 | I can't seem to be able to tell with this company. Some days very few trades then others like today where there are several big buys.
I share your concern, Ivor. There are questions to be asked but you have to go through Walbrook. They don't seem to like giving interviews. Perhaps that'll change once a deal is announced. | ged5
13/1/2021 14:05 | 0.80p offer -
Worth looking at the trades above it -
Some accumulation - | tomboyb

06/1/2021 10:56 | well done - | tomboyb
06/1/2021 10:48 | It moves both up and down on tiny deals. At the moment it's up 14% on just a few thousand pounds of deals, and it can go the opposite way on less, so until there is some real news about actual projects, the share price is going to jump about. But the question remains - what is DKE actually planning? Will there be a join development with a medical faculty at a uni? Will there be a further project with a local council? How will an income stream be established rather than just development fees?
We need some clarity | ivor hunch
06/1/2021 10:33 | Only have to look back to last April to see what can happen when volumes pick up.
There are deals being worked on, some smaller and others bigger, the money raised was needed to help with upfront costs as they get these deals finalised. | troutisout
06/1/2021 10:20 | Well this certainly moves once it's woken up. | ged5
06/1/2021 10:04 | Agreed Troutisout.
The big deal has been expected for some time. Agreeing a deal can't have been made easier with this annoying pandemic but the recent fund raise suggested to me that a deal is getting closer.
In the meantime a trading range of .6 to .9 should allow us to increase our holdings. | ged5
04/1/2021 20:05 | They have only just raised less than a month ago and have monies to come from West Derby and Wavertree projects. They organise finance on future project development, the monies recently raised will be used to cover upfront costs on any new deals.
Deals will come and when they do they will be just like buses..... | troutisout
04/1/2021 19:32 | Ivor i don't blame you. They've had long enough to deliver a material transaction. They seem to be behind the curve everytime. Theres not a lot of cash to do any significant deal, they will very likely need to place imo. Lifestyle company. | searcher0
31/12/2020 11:59 | Not the profit you wanted but still a profit.
Happy New Year.
Let's hope 2021 is a Big Deal year. | ged5
29/12/2020 12:28 | I'm sorry to say that I sold a further 500,000 this morning to top up on VDTK. I've now sold half my original 3 million shares, at a profit having bought at 0.42p. I'm a bit disappointed because I had hoped for great things - a micro cap company in the property section with an original concept. I've waited patiently but unfortunately nothing ever seems to materialise and we have very little news either good or bad.
I'm still a holder but will probably continue to offload on spikes, unless of course the company provides a clear outline of the way forward. | ivor hunch
22/12/2020 14:33 | I am really very sorry to report that I took a trip this morning to see if West Derby was occupied.
I only drove past. There is still some fencing placed at the front but there was an outside light on. The front units looked empty and you would have to be a greater optimist than me to think any of the back units are occupied.
I got out of the car at Wavertree and was pleased to actually see people in one of the units. The building looks to be in a much better area and is quite impressive. No Dukemount Capital sign here. All the other front units bar one looked occupied.
It looks like a little more patience is needed here.
I hope these little snippets help. I'm just very sorry they aren't more positive.
Have a very good Christmas and make the most of whatever good times we are able to have. Many less fortunate.
Let's hope 2021 is the year for DKE. | ged5
18/12/2020 13:46 | Big ramp by famous twitter crew yet again!! | daar
18/12/2020 11:13 | A little buying interest here today.
I'm going to visit West Derby at some point early next week to see if it's started to be occupied.
Is it worth looking at Wavertree?
Just wonder how the 'big deal' talks are going? | ged5
10/12/2020 17:08 | With the two trades today I now calculate the number of shares traded at .65p to be 99 092 307.
? | ged5 | |
09/12/2020 18:02 | Looks like all the CLNs have been converted and the sale has been completed. Twelve after hours reported trades at .65p.
Edit Only ten after hours reported trades. I think two of the twelve are from this morning.
EDIT Have I got that wrong about the CLNs?
Is the 97M trade the Chesterfield sale and the other .65p trades the purchases of the new investors introduced by Peterhouse. | ged5
