30/12/2024 07:30 | Alteration Earth (ALTE) with a market cap of £2.25 million has acquired a company in AI, and based on the new placing price value the new company at £13 million. An RTO for Dukemount will at least double its current share price. | kingston78
17/12/2024 17:29 | £3.9k buy just before cop, someone brave or someone in the know. | bri15
04/12/2024 14:43 | £600K market cap, could easily go to £9 million like SCGL has done. | bri15

03/12/2024 17:35 | I'm getting a feeling it will be imminent. | encarter
03/12/2024 16:07 | There have been rumours of a potential RTO at more than double the current share price, but so far nothing has materialised. | kingston78
03/12/2024 14:02 | It should, hoping it's something exciting. | encarter
03/12/2024 13:34 | I hope that an RTO will happen within the next few months at a substantial premium to the current share price. | kingston78
21/10/2024 12:49 | Cheers. Just added them to my investment case I'm working on this week. Debating whether to come in. It would currently seem that those on the inside can place, take shares at a lower rate than your average punter and scoop up more shares. This could in reality go on for some time, with major holders not getting diluted through cheaper share purchase and punters having to stump up more cash than them to stay the same. More research needed I feel. | sharewatching
21/10/2024 11:58 | It's a cash shell, they don't do anything. Hence the RTO. | encarter
21/10/2024 11:41 | How’s the RTO going here. Or not going here as may be. I’m really trying to work out what these do. You think it might be easy. Then again … | sharewatching
18/10/2024 15:08 | It was already suspended for months earlier this year... | tappingl
18/10/2024 14:47 | Why do they only have so much time? | encarter
18/10/2024 14:28 | What does time out of inaction mean? | encarter
18/10/2024 14:27 | Why would they get suspended? | encarter
18/10/2024 14:20 | Can't buy any now! | bri15
18/10/2024 14:19 | Richard Edwards must have already been talking to a number of interested parties that want an RTO. It will happen within a few months before the company's shares get suspended due to time-out of inaction. Every shareholder, except those who got in much earlier at higher price, will make a profit on their shares. | kingston78
18/10/2024 14:05 | Richard Edwards is no fool,he wants a massive return for his investment,I just got more here, going to be one hell of a ride. | bri15
18/10/2024 14:02 | Buys flying in now,up and away we go . | bri15
18/10/2024 14:01 | Big rise into close, news Monday possibly of RTO, gotta be in it to win it. | bri15
18/10/2024 11:30 | Well you seem to have missed out the bit about the 600m new shares for the placing and CLN (40% of the then share issue), so the dilution continues and this will go on and on, in the meantime this will just be a pump and dump by a few who may or may not get to sell at the right time, as this moves erratically and the MMs are great at locking in those losses... | troutisout |
