Anyone else spot this from 19th August, similar business model company I3E?

The Board of i3 Energy notes the recent press speculation regarding a possible offer for the Company. The Board confirms that it is in advanced discussions with Gran Tierra Energy Inc. ("Gran Tierra") in relation to a possible offer and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Do you know what you are talking?
Your prediction of £8.80/8.70 might not reach as now institutions has started to buy . Shorting has stopped and DEC is moving back up . Start to buy now as DEC bottom support of £9.20 is tested .

Even worse, they could say they would love to buy but it's a lock period. And, well, always ensure a technical lock period 😂

I don't know why we never hear the phrase "@the bulls are burning "
However we all often hear 'shorts are burning "

They only burn if bulls are optimistic, no?

The loaning out of stock to shorters can be simplified

The holder is pessimistic. Cant shift all the stock fast be it by law or liquidity or both

So it's a hedge via loan premium

Of course, it does get more complex in reality

Often they will buy stock just to control a short position example make x5 on the short side via a representing 3rd party

Buy stock to control supply washing or/and loaning

Perfectly legal

Sometimes you see an RNS in a scenario of a new holder or added stock by an old holder, and its confirming a short
.

Everything I just said is the foundation of all markets

It's not me dribbling

It's the SP

You are just dribbling without foundation .
Institutions are shorting - that’s all that drive down SP

Heavy shorting?...borrowed from pessimistic bulls

Heavy open marrket selling?...only holders can sell

No bounce? No willing bulls

Like it or not, your fight against those that don't make a market are therefore imaginary enemies..

Bulls, you fight other bulls

You call your own breed thick

An irony

So, maybe there are very smart bulls out there

Just not you lot? 😂

You have to accept, it is your ilk dictating the drop. Be it loaning out stock or open market.

Why are you not aligning with the pessimistic bulls? Whom have been so since 2000

putinaire

Shorters can only bet on an outcome. Can't really make a market per se . Only optimistic and pessimistic bulls can do that

So, down 30% in less than a month

Bulls, what is driving your pessimism?

My top up yesterday was premature.
The strengthening pound isn't helping us either, as the September div will be down a bit on the June one for sterling holders.
It will be 'interesting' to see what happens when DEC goes ex div at the end of the month.
