I added for second time this afternoon about 1036p, got an average of 1063p overall today.

I only punted enough to increase my sharecount by 10%.

I had to do something though - those Fokkers bombed our chipshop, so to speak...

Why should I bring the price down? I am stating the fact. I have no way to control this yo-yo share price .

Took a fair sized chunk at £10.75. Still a good difference between here an NYSE to close. price steadily rising over there, looks like a good opportunity

DEC is moving like a seesaw - anyone cannot afford to lose or throw away their hard earned money , my advice is to staywell clear of this gambling stock .

Massive sake out of UK PIs today. Mind the gap as ownership shifts slowly to the US index. I plan to keep adding when I can up to about 1300

£12.8 over the in the US. I have filled my boots today. Look forward to holding and picking up dividends in the future. Volume approaching 2 million. Another 20 days like this and the whole register will be refreshed. Great value to be had.

Interesting article from Telegraph.
Sounds very much similar to Ferfal's "Surviving the Economic collapse"

What could happen if we just stopped oil? Six billion might die

Telegraph version paywalled...

I guess to answer that, you first need to know how many need retiring

According to the House Energy and Commerce Committee DEC own around 65,000 wells. According to the RNS next year it's increased it's capacity to retire 214. Is that supposed to be reassuring?

Why is the NYSE share price ($15.00 = £11.90 @ 1.26$/£) consistently around 10% higher than LSE share price (£10.50)?

That is a very good Coy statement. the reference to a request from 4 members of a 52 person committee is a very neat way of -very politely -providing a bit of background context.
