i don't know how tw s brain works but from reading his stuff for years i get the impression that if you can buy something for below cash value, with other assets in for free. then you will win at some point.
wouldn't be surprised if one of the tips funds was topping up

rafboy - My feeling exactly, and at least now we think we know what the company has asset wise and I doubt very much if TW is wasting any of it.

drago - Athol gold up perhaps because two of TW's funds have upped their stakes in the company. Looking at the apparent floor on the price here I wonder if they might be doing the same with DXR. Just a theory, no evidence, but if TW thought it worth a buy at 3.8p then surely 3.2p must look even better.

telbap - If we only knew there was going to be such a delay in seeing some action I would have been out too, but bought them back cheaper. Reasons for being here are still the same.

rafboy - Paper loss is the important bit, I also have a big one of those and share your pain. I have been here since the Landers first got involved and ain't leaving yet. I know my money could be better used elsewhere but intend staying here to see what TW does with the cash, even if it is poor investment technique. At least I know I have some company :)

I might well be wrong, but it looks like some bigger buys appearing recently like the one today of 242,540, which would appear to be indicating a bit more interest. Might be a drift up on the price over the next few weeks? We have to get news of an EGM at some point which might rekindle interest. It's about 4 weeks since the Landers left, which is a long time without visible progress of some sort.

5 sales yesterday of 100,000 shares each at 3.08p. One buy of 307692,at 3.23p. I guess that means someone has got rid of their shares and someone else is building a stake. Before anyone asks, I still have all of mine. There appears to be more sells than buys so maybe there is a decent size buy order out there.

the_beagle - Don't blame you - it's more exciting watching paint dry. Still, interesting that so many have sold off but the share price seems stuck at current levels. There is scope for taking money out of here, making a few quid elsewhere, then back here before news. Personally, I am just going to sit here. This is my biggest loser at the moment, but hope to see that turn around as soon as TW starts buying stuff.

I can't see TW being happy with this delay. So what do we reckon, another 3 - 4 weeks before any action? I would love to know what the delay is. I can think of no reason for it. The only problem areas would be the club stake and the french connection neither of which should delay the investment of at least some of the cash.

until we have notice of egm and actions to follow we will stay stagnant it will probably be best if no action is taken until the new year as xmas is nearly upon us.

And give the new mansagement team a little time to get things going. Blimey the Landers were here for 7/8 months - I think Mr W will have a job not creating significant shareholder value in current markets, especially with a dedicated silver play.

Given that cash at bank, amounts due and assets available for sale amount to 4p per share with around 3p already as cash at bank, don't you think the share is a tad undervalued ;-)

[OT] micro cap broker ADS is breaking out on heavy director buying on the back of its recent capital raising which was completed to a premium on the existing share price - plenty of positive left as its heading to a 1p imho

Silver doing well again today, pity we are not invested in any yet. I can see why people are peeved by the delay here and am wondering why the share price hasn't fallen further. Someone out there must think DXR is a good investment at these levels.
