3.88p suggest about £1.96m - which in my opinion is perhaps higher than I have calculated in the past, but then we don't really know what final payment from Bisnode AB was received and what price webclubs and what value FTR..

Various member of this site have put forward their estimates as to the asset value and I am not saying that they are wrong.

Trouble is we just do not know at the moment. These figures may be right. They may also be wrong. All I am saying is that, at the moment, we do not know.

We have not been told what the final cash settlement received was. £250k has been guestimated for Web Clubs. Is that right? I do not have a clue. Do the French tax losses have a saleable value? I do not know.

knowsleyman - your 101, it's assumed that the assets, cash + web + owt else, are about the same or higher than the m/c...so don't understand your comment.

I'm pleased to see someone here has there head screwed on the right way. There's £1.7 million cash sitting around that many a director would love to get their hands on. The Landers made an attempt but were too heavily monitored by you guys. Well done in that respect. Why would they take control of DXR simply to clean up the balance sheet. What were they 'forensic accountants'? What a load of rubbish.

For an outlay of £450K TW is trying his luck. He's a lot more savvy than the Landers he knows how to play the public relations game.

Watch out for using DXR's cash to invest in companies in which T1ps already has a stake.

Most certainly not. I have been a holder here since about March and well before P White arrived.

With my past experience just trying to put a realistic perspective on what is and TW hopes will happen in the near future.

Time will tell if my assertions are right!! All we have to do is sit back and wait a little.
