10/12/2010 12:52 | Just had a wander through the old board to see if I could find tigerdog's last post but no luck. Anyone know a fast way to search through old posts on a thread? leedsu36 - I did find these posts which might cheer up your day. PWhite73 - 29 Sep'10 - 09:06 - 2777 of 4592 marab Look, in modern day speak when the directors tell you they are going to bring about a clean shell what they mean is they are going to asset strip the company which is exactly what has happened to DXR. If you receive any value for your shares in DXR via an RTO that is because somebody has taken the decision to hand you their assets. The next question then becomes why?. It does seem clear to me a delisting is now the most likeliest outcome. That is not say there won't be corporate activity but with no review coming in and listing costs eating into the cash balance it seems an inevitable. PWhite73 - 2 Nov'10 - 09:03 - 2984 of 4592 MMs have a sniff of nothing. This is the same herd mentality jumping from microcap stock to microcap stock. When the buying is finished the MMs will walk this back down to 1.25p. Be careful. To be fair to PW the share price has gone down to around 3p so far and who knows where it will be in a month's time if we still have no news of an EGM. | marab
10/12/2010 12:30 | I seem to remember tigerdog posting that he was going to sell shortly before TW's funds got involved, which was really hard luck for him. | marab
10/12/2010 11:34 | Beagle ...I think he started getting out as soon as there was no RTO announcement, | leedsu36
10/12/2010 10:18 | NTV....How far back was the "tigerdog" disposal and how many? | the_beagle
10/12/2010 09:39 | TW if you read this thread you need to get that paperwork sorted your concert party has not made a full declaration nor has tigerdog's rns issue some people are talking about going to the FSA | ntv
09/12/2010 23:39 | FSA may well have a good look at this company and the activities of TW and his coterie of 'insiders' | robson1975
09/12/2010 22:19 | CyprusSteve - You might well be right about the price but it's interesting that despite big share holders here selling large parts of their holdings and many smaller investors leaving because of negative posts, the share price doesn't seem to want to go any lower than about 3.15p to buy. Another 1.3m traded today so someone is buying. I have added a few more but doubt if there will be any action here before 2011. Lack of news may very well lower the price further. I am down probably about £5k here at the moment but have high hopes of TW reversing that pretty quickly if we ever get round to holding the EGM. I haven't sold a single share here and in a few months time I will look like a financial genius or a total idiot. Mind you if it is the latter I can always edit my posts here or change my user name. I agree with you about MVC and ECR, I have some of both. MVC more of a gamble with the chance of a big profit if they get a mine up and running with what appear to be outstanding gold grades. ECR underpinned by Themac price which has had an amazing run. | marab
09/12/2010 21:35 | Fairdeal. There's been some valid points made on this thread. The big PI holders on the other thread did say they were privy to insider info...and yet they have sold down. And that after meeting with TW and all was supposed to be rosy. I myself wondered why the bb went so quiet on the mon/tue. It soon became obvious why, except we still dont know what specific info made them sell. | devil20
09/12/2010 20:32 | Hi marab, Excellent posting - very informative - Thanks. I may well be taking a holding here , but, I feel it may fall a little further yet. Off topic, I think that MVC and ECR are worth a look - both recently funded, and, with interesting projects. Both junior miners, with consequent high risk / high reward profiles. Just a thought for those who may be interested. Ciao Steve | cyprussteve
09/12/2010 17:28 | Just in case you thought silver was just for jewellery the following site is worth a visit. Silver Uses Demand for silver is built on three main pillars: industrial and decorative uses, photography, and jewelry & silverware. Together, these three categories represent more than 95 percent of annual silver consumption. In 2007, 455.5 million ounces of silver were used for industrial applications, while over 128 million ounces of silver were committed to the photographic sector, 163.4 million ounces were consumed in the jewelry market, and 58.8 million ounces were used in the silverware market. Why is this indispensable metal in such demand? The reasons are simple. Silver has a number of unique properties including its strength, malleability and ductility, its electrical and thermal conductivity, its sensitivity to and high reflectance of light and the ability to endure extreme temperature ranges. Silver's unique properties restrict its substitution in most applications. Choose from the following list to learn more about some of the various applications of silver: * Traditional o Coinage o Photography o Silver Jewelry o Silverware and Table Settings * Industrial o Batteries o Bearings o Brazing and Soldering o Catalysts o Electronics * Emerging o Medical Applications o Mirrors & Coatings o Solar Energy o Water Purification | marab

09/12/2010 12:36 | don't see what is so fantastic about mtv it will large amounts of cash to survive too many competitors as for snrp it will need vasts amounts of cash to get power to mine and transport links it could sell its assets on for the rightprice not for us especially with certain posters there | ntv
09/12/2010 12:21 | bains123 - MTV prospects just seem to keep growing. Took me a while to work out the possibilities there before I bought some. Good long term hold, as I hope this one will be. | marab
09/12/2010 10:36 | leeds, have you checked out mtv thread? Excellent news!!! | bains123
09/12/2010 10:00 | I must admit that CPS's new baby SNRP does look the business, so I have bought in there this morning. | the_beagle
09/12/2010 09:55 | NTV - Good post. If it wasn't for you and leeds my spelling, vocabulary and grammar would be severely lacking. I have to admit that if I didn't have a spell checker my posts would be very similar to your last one. Words to learn for the future here, UP, BLUE, ROCKET, QUALITY, INVESTMENT,WINKER. Last one to be used in conjunction with a certain occasional poster on this board, although I think the spell checker has failed me on that last one. | marab
09/12/2010 09:46 | yerh u shud never judj pople buy ther gramer and smelling | ntv
