26/11/2010 21:43 | Good evening all, I nor fairdeal have sold any of our shares and I have no intention of doing anything until I can see what TW proposes. I was made an insider to help TW show me what sort of deals he could achieve (Ascot) I did ask TW whether he knew who the 7% purchaser was and he indicated that several members of the Rivington/Tips staff had purchased shares???????? I am looking for good things to come and its fair to give TW a chance to show us what he can do. If you don't want to give him a chance then sell up and get out. Kenny abviously wants more diversification in his portfolio. He had too much exposure in here and thats a very shrewd investment decission to spread your investment capital over a broad spread of companies. I have a broad spread of holdings and this is one of my medium size holdings and I feel comfortable to hold this longer-term. If I felt I my holding here was over exposed I would have sold down like Kenny to diversify. | cps1959

26/11/2010 11:10 | Kenny Been out to a funeral all morning and just got back. The stink was in no way a reference to you at all.I have always found you very open and above board. I was refering to the mystery 7% holding. | knowsleyman
26/11/2010 10:49 | I think what we really need is a date for the meeting to ratify everything then see what TW does next. For those of us who have been here for a while we know what no news does to a share price. I have no idea of TW's strategy in regard to share holding size here so I don't know if the Funds will be topping up at these lower prices or not. I would presume that a higher share price would be better for TW as otherwise it's a visible vote of no confidence in him. "The Company intends shortly to convene a general meeting to approve resolutions including the change of investing strategy and the change in the Company's name to Woodburne Square Ag Plc." Sooner the better. Finger out please Tom. | marab
26/11/2010 10:33 | Thing that got me interested was the amount that was gobbled up,with no great effect on share price Knowing TW,PR work should be getting well under way atm as well. | leedsu36
26/11/2010 10:25 | marab: "Which he can only do by making us money." hummmmmmmmmm wish I had such a confident handle on this but agree with your belief, hoping dxr atm is a good way of getting into a fund with potential upside | gurp

26/11/2010 09:57 | leeds- Kenny sold 2% of the company which was bound to affect the share price a bit. Others saw Kenny's sale, knew at one point he was made an insider, and added 2 and 2 to get 3. Then sold which made things slide further. I would guess that those that came in for a quick profit are mostly gone now. What we ought to be left with are holders who came in about these levels or those who are holding for the longer term. I would have thought that the MMs will hide buys to panic out weak holders. Don't care really as I bought these in the belief that silver has a bit of catching up to do with gold, which is still rising, and that TW is here to make money. Which he can only do by making us money. Those that have watched Kenny in action should have known that he would take some out to put somewhere else. Say what you like about Kenny, when he does sell he tells people he has done it and why, unlike some we know around the boards. My opinion for what it's worth. | marab
26/11/2010 09:31 | bains yes... | kennyruss
26/11/2010 09:27 | Showing as a sell,so i presume all are buys this morning crossing mid, All the selling yesterday was hoovered up somewhere so probably getting more and more tightly held. | leedsu36
26/11/2010 09:23 | I hope you're right Marab,i just bought 141,800 | leedsu36
26/11/2010 08:58 | Great opportunity this. You can buy in for just under the price the Tips funds paid for their shares. Normally you would have expected to pay a hefty premium getting in after the news. Kennyruss selling has created a great chance to get in at the same price as the Funds. At HRE for example TW I think got shares at 0.25p share price now about 0.80p. Here you are getting in on the ground floor. DYOR. | marab
26/11/2010 08:36 | cps,did you ask TW if he knew who had purchased the 7%,and whether they were acting for him? | leedsu36
26/11/2010 08:22 | Kenny, are you still in MTV? | bains123
26/11/2010 08:03 | CPS - You were also an insider at the same time as Kenny, have you sold any of your shares. I still have every one of mine. | marab
26/11/2010 07:47 | Guys my conversations with TW have been very constructive and informative, I decided to release £35k to shop elsewhere - its no big deal....If you think it stinks, you are entitled to your opinion... | kennyruss
26/11/2010 07:08 | well get some cream for it then | fairdeal2008
25/11/2010 23:12 | A very unpleasant odour pervades the room. | thx1138 |
