The silence from the Company is deafening, nearly six months since the statement re.strategic options. ;-))

There are those that make things happen, those that watch things happen and those that wonder what happened.Which category does the board of this company resemble closest.Hmmmm...

You certainly wouldn't use the adjective 'exciting' to describe this share.

Small tech stocks are getting re-rated...even the ones with no cash...so isn't it about time the share price of this one moved up in sympathy?Still capped at less than net cash.DYOR.

catman,
If your trade was above NMS the MM's can delay reporting it-normally 1 hour...depends on the trade size relative to NMS.

mm's seem to be holding back the trades. I bought at 9.20am still not showing on the trades at 10.10am. Almost seems as though they are trying to hide the buys. Any ideas!!

HugePants,
I was in these some time ago-sold for a good profit, above 20p.Bought a few recently, and had no problem getting inside the spread.Things seem to be on the UP for some reason. They've certainly got plenty of cash...question is,how robust is the business.Other tech stocks have trebled from their lows-be nice if this could achieve half of that!
Regards.

oops no longer a need for dataflex products following this announcement : -

What is Carrier Pre-Select (CPS)?
Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) is a relatively new service complimenting In-Direct Access (IDA) more commonly know as Off Net, for the supply of a customer's phone service. In the past BT customers would have had to dial a prefix number or use a dialler in order to be billed by ntl. Now we inform the BT exchange that the customer would prefer their phone calls to be provided by ntl and the necessary change is made at the exchange to reflect this.

Last hope dashad - certs in the bin !!

I can't see it being below 15p.

They will have had to shoot thru' a lot of wedge to bring it in any lower.

Martin, I think the cash per share left at the end will be between 5 & 10p! I've seen this too many times when the accounts are consolidated out the cash
left isn't quite what you thought?

With #14.9 million in cash and 69,201,720 shares outstanding, I make that 21.53p per share. Anyone else agree?

Addict, I think the signals were there in the results of their intentions. Only picked up a token amount at 10p as the 9p offer did not last to long!

Tony14,
Makes sense, but I suspect the rise in the bid will attract sellers-there seems to be a big player happy to sell below the spread.DYOR.
