c700% increase on all time high volume, we should see some momentum move into Monday. Some brokers targeting 270 here, personally I'll be happy with 200 in the mid term.

Let's hope the windows mobile protection software performs as well as the Android

Agreed, I'm up 10% already and with FY results like that theres no reason why the upward trend doesn't maintain momentum.

4th distribution received today. Another 0.8p. Member's voluntary liquidation seems to have taken 3-4 years. How ridiculous!

There's an attachment to the cheque which details the number of shares, payment per share i.e. the 2.1p and the amount due. It also states..."The attached cheque represents the second cash distribution to ordinary shareholders following the liquidation of the Company"

The cheque is drawn on the account of Desingrealm Plc, as per the response to Graham above.

Thank you for your enquiry. We are not the same company. We acquired the assets of the operational Dataflex company in a management buy-out in October 2003. The original Dataflex PLC was then put into voluntary liquidation and the liquidators (PKF) are handling the distribution. The new name of this company is Designrealm. However, I understand the second payment is being made.

Well we were told that the payment would be in the range 2.1p to 4.5p - so towards the lower end of expectations! Presumably this is the final payment - is there anything with your cheque which indicates this?

Got my cheque over the weekend - payment is 2.1p per share.

Nope, I haven't heard anything but my shares are kept in a nominee account.

Dataflex were expected to make a 2nd distribution of 2.1p to 4.5p, before 31st Dec 2004. So far I have not receive the 2nd payments.
