23/6/2017 08:48 | No doubt but with the main shareholder who is alos a customer owning just under 30 % they would have to attrcat other investors if more cash required. With orders haevily weighted to the second half I'm cautious | zipstuck

11/6/2017 17:07 | Looking at Companies House records some of them would probably be able to cash out from mid of August till end of October. I'm not sure why this have an effect on MM quotes now though. Either way, according to my numbers more than 1.5 million GBP was traded in the last month. So it would appear there is at least someone willing to buy at this price range. | levkowitz
09/6/2017 13:32 | Bear in mind that come I think September that the investors who took EIS relief will be able to dispose of their stock? | a2584728
08/6/2017 20:04 | It is pretty impressive how easily the buying pressure is absorbed. If memory serves 25K bought in one clip yesterday late. Sounds like MM working some serious sell orders. But then, I dont even see size of the top on the order book. | levkowitz
08/6/2017 16:18 | Thought this might be a consolidation phase although for MM's dropping 15p in 12 minutes (10:30 to 10:42) it seemed more like flushing out weak holders for MM's quick turn with buyers now paying 10p more than 2.5 hours ago.(at 15:47) DYOR | azure8269
08/6/2017 12:24 | Did you look at the volume that traded over the last days? That would be one expensive ramping exercise.. To me this looks like buyers coming in with conviction and people taking profits. I share the concerns about cash flow. There seems to be one excuse or another every year why a profitable company is burning through cash. I am particularly concerned about these "marketing contributions" that always seemed to be in about the size of revenues... But to be fair, the outflow was quite small last year and it is easy to see positive cash flow if revenues only pick up a little. Also they have now some partners who committed money, so I would certainly not be concerned about funding. But then if my predictions always became true, I would probably quite my day time job and focus on trading. | levkowitz
08/6/2017 11:03 | Will raise money at 175 ish I suspect. That's the only reason for them to run up the share price in such an aggressive fashion | a2584728
07/6/2017 17:09 | I just don't think they are generating enough working capital from operations to conduct the integration, but yes, this high share price would give them excellent value for money on any placing. Anyway, I'll stop whining, opportunity lost i suppose, good luck everyone. | wordog |
