They are hedged rather than outright short. They own CA shares and so long DLAR via that position. Boring technical that has been going on for over a year now

The stalemate should run out of legs soon. If the share is undervalued then shorters are playing a risky game.

Investor relations never got back to me on the questions I sent after the presentation , could not agree more, the board and management of this are to blame for the low share price - awful

So as soon as CA announce they have increased their stake, the selling pressure increases and I have seen a big spike in my shareholding being lent out on borrow, presumably to shorters. Looks like all the accounts who had the CA arb on of share price vs underlying NAV have had to increase their DLAR hedge. So rather than helping drive share price higher CA buying has increased the stalemate!

I can’t believe they are selling at these prices. Ludicrous.

Directors being awarded shares for destroying shareholders equity.

and they have the cheek to sell half of them at these dismal prices. Says a lot about this bunch. Crystal Amber were correct all along. Directors enriching themselves at the expense of shareholders.

Fair value now 460p , doubt the Germans will trigger a hostile bid at that value .

If Crystal Amber get enough shares it will trigger a sale. Competitors will be circling and no doubt in touch with Crystal Amber. Their exit price, whatever it is, is key to everyone who has a stake in DLR. My gut tells me it’s around the 90p mark as the 9% they were already carrying consisted of older higher value shares , the rights issue £1.10 and then add on the hovered up 5% at 35p ish.
If I were going to put in a hostile bid I would get Crystal on side and if they beat 90p by a decent % say 20 to 25% they’ll back the bud to a hilt. 120p to 125p will do it. I hope I’m wrong!!!

I thought Odey was a forced sale due to his unsavoury antics and investors bailing out of his fund.

This share is massively undervalued and I’m surprised it hasn’t passed £1 given that when it was at £2 the balance sheet looked similar. In fact authentication looks like it’s in better shape compared to then and portals split will benefit cashflow going forward. Debt levels are well within the new covenant limits. New chair needs to formulate a new strategy as the last cost cutting one needs beefing up. Cost cutting is not enough to move the business forward.

I think we’ll struggle to hit 60p today the volume isn’t there. There is good resistance at 50p. Yesterday was a bad day for the markets given the Fed announcement on interest rates but DLR held at 50p.
