If Portugal goes this weekend that's another (APPROX) 65 flights a week on the deck.

Don't think there are too many from Scotland to Greece but I guess 15.

Until the Spanish islands ( canaries) get back on line revenue is going to fall off a cliff.

Portugal could be another expensive disaster for poor old jet 2.
There were 7 planes on the ground yesterday at FARO when Leeds flight landed.

If we have to close this down after just 2 weeks it will prove costly.
Canaries struggling to get on top of CV19 and that's essential for winter period.

From today the costs of staff start to rise and only 2 months left on the Scheme.

Then its either cut staff numbers and hope you can get them back or ride it out.

I am afraid it has to be no 1 option.

Yes, certainly when l bought they had that from the very successful insurance side to the business.
Debts elsewhere in business/overall are massive though - as l said.
This business has been crying out for change and it’s about to happen by the look of things

Think something might be about to move at Saga - finally.
I’ve been averaging down on this for months and pulling my hair out.
Travel side ain’t good but they have one and soon to be two brand new thousand passenger ships coming online. They also have a 100 mil per annum profit from their insurance business.
Debts are shocking.
In my opinion, it’s been ripe for takeover all year.
The ADVFN chat is interesting reading as a starting point - but as always though DYOR. I’ve got 130,000 of their shares and l’m just a poor firefighter. So what do l know.

What's even funnier is that fact that Rackers has made what seems to be a boatload on TSLA (something I hate, but I only have a tiny short on it).

What's even funnier still is that I am sure, should he wish, he could obtain a share certificate to evidence his holding. How's the NLG IPO progressing? And their profits? And your short on PLUS? And your temper-tantrums? Your rudeness? Your stupidity? Anything else you want to get off your chest?
