Where did they get the 2 percent of revenues from CT? The shock is it was not 100 percent of their revenues

Would you like to predict when flying might start again ?

France is not a big market and it would be shut if politics were not involved.

Summer holidays are over bridges or not.

Limited flying is costly. Is it more costly that management leaving the planes parked up.

Costs ramp up from October as government help finishes.

18 birds flying today.

take it one day at a time trying to understand the message the market is giving us. I am amazed overnight markets have staged a v meaningful comeback following last evening's hour of trading in NY. Hence, this morning I did not bail out of my open positions but rather tightened my trailing stops even further. Re covid - I genuinely think the markets have priced in C19 having an ever diminishing impact (don't ask me why as markets have a mind of their own), otherwise we wouldn't have had a +70% move in SPX from those dreadful March lows (granted, the unparalleled support provided by central banks do explain a lot but cannot be held entirely responsible for what has otherwise been an amazing come back). All in all, I am extremely careful at the moment with SPX covering the whole distance (to ath's established earlier in the year); am still exposed to equities but willing to switch 100% into cash at the faintest sign of a market reversal. If you have followed my posts, you may have noticed that to me the market action Itself is the ultimate fundamental and I tune out everything else. Good luck.

That's a good point Rest, cases are there but people getting badly il ate falling.

If history repeats it will fizzle out so you might have rising cases for a while but will that matter if people don't need hospital care?

You really think it's time to exit the market?I dunno.... I see that the virus is spreading, but weakening.Few people are getting very ill with it, hardly anyone in hospitals anymore... and no one dying.I foresee things like retail and some manufacturing going further down. Especially ones hampered by debt. But I foresee gambling and leisure sector businesses having a recovery.

Sorry to hear that Fest but as they say the first loss is always the best one (if you think the markets have turned of course) as opposed to it snowballing into a much bigger one. Live to trade another day is my motto. Cheers and good luck.

Trouble is Tongosti, I'm in a losing position on four of the five stocks I hold, but yes, turning the lot to cash is tempting right now.

Well folks it seems like we've had a huge distribution wave on the SPX. On the balance of probabilities, this looks like a v good spot to bail out of the whole equity complex. As Jesse Livermore put it: there is a time to go long; there is a time to go short; and there is a time to do nothing. Remains to be seen of course but I think the next while will probably fit in the latter.
