05/6/2002 08:18 | Reading the the yahoo bb, I get the impression that the yanks are looking for the Uk to lead. it's been commented on several times across the pond, that London has taken the lead over the past 2 months as well. | serious punter
05/6/2002 08:15 | I wouldn't be surprised if we see another big buy coming through today 450k as we did friday | ![]() chestnuts
05/6/2002 08:13 | Yes Jayno, it's the first time I've seen it get marked down so swiftly it usually sinks slowly, maybe the mm's are playing a new tactic if it starts to move up, then maybe this could bounce. ps, my glass is half full!! How many games of golf did you get in BB - 48?? (there was enough time) SP I hope so - I know it's early but the futures are looking brighter!!! | ![]() ambabe
05/6/2002 08:10 | Mornin All Well so far no blood bath. OMHO if we can maintain or improve on this position 59/60, then when the Nas opens the yanks can gap-up. The shorterts stateside will have to close pretty quickly :0) | serious punter
05/6/2002 08:08 | Well at least the shorters were locked out from easy gains this a.m. Jayno | jayno

04/6/2002 18:11 | I have seen this before on iliquid stocks the mm amanipulate the price so to let in big buyers at lower price ie institutes they have to be carefull though they might get their fingers burn't like anybody else, this is following the pattern as the end of as the end of Q3, in a couple of weeks time as the mm have calmed down abit we will get back to normality. | ![]() chestnuts
04/6/2002 14:57 | Just been on the yahoo boards and surpriced to read forfaiters posts about going long on danky only last night you were saying it could go down to test the low .30s, surely your not tacking thr p!!s. | ![]() sigora
04/6/2002 14:57 | Psychidoc....if iT starts going up I will be long.....at the moment it is going down......its not rocket science....but saying that the concept has escaped you...LOL | ![]() forfaiter
04/6/2002 14:46 | Forfaiter is this allowed? i read in a book somewhere i belive written by the reknowed short seller Evil Knievel something about mms going short on stocks. If short selling is so wide spread what hope is thier for the small uninformed investor. | ![]() sigora
04/6/2002 14:43 | ff is that all you do keep posting garbage on numerous boards all over the place, schools opening for you tomorrow, where do you disappear when the price increases, wait and see what the price is in 6 weeks time when the run up to 1st qtr results starts, bet wont see you then, for... lol | ![]() psychicdoc
04/6/2002 13:01 | a MM will sell stock short at say 71p ....then cover his position by buying it back at 68p....making 3p... | ![]() forfaiter
04/6/2002 11:29 | Why has no-one mentioned BGMM lapping up all that stock on Friday? Given the amount of selling going on one would have expected the price to fall heavily. This board is amazing: forfaiter clearly enjoys winding everyone up - why does everyone fall for it?? | benson
04/6/2002 11:08 | Yesterdays price dip was initiated at 10:24:51 EST by discounted buying under the Employee Share Purchase scheme. This was the last opportunity for employees to buy at 1st April prices. Unless the market falls further, we should see a rise back to around the $4 mark in the coming weeks. (cf. post 5015) | ![]() miata
04/6/2002 09:16 | Well all you danky fans with a day like yesterday I don't think there was anything much that escaped the savagery and unless we see something a little better today, it's going to be one hell of a bleak opening in the morning. Gold and oil look like the best bets in this climate. | ![]() cinoib
04/6/2002 00:48 | Re Post 4898 Rainbow BB - off topic, something to help in that nasty horrible 4 day weekend Subject: One For The Kiddies ! I did not believe that this was real but this url takes you straight to the original TV clip ........ (you need Real Player installed to view it). Made me laugh | mike.bowen
03/6/2002 23:39 | The recent low was .53p so if it goes below that it will be a case of a lower low which i guess is a bearish indicator? luckilly i closed a couple of my positions on friday locking in some gains, i did mention the low volumes of last week being a worrying factor, my recent observations have been rises on low volume days and falls on the slightly heavier volume days what do you make of that? | ![]() sigora
03/6/2002 23:30 | Sigora....Being cautious I would like to see the Q1 results...but I could be tempted at 35/37p... Chart wise the downtrend is firmly established....with last weeks rally on low volumes being no more than a technical rally......so the 62% fibonacci level is still on the cards.....so 35p is a possibility.....then settling between 37/42p..... | ![]() forfaiter
03/6/2002 23:04 | Hi forfaiter at what price will you go long? | ![]() sigora |
