I am glad in a way that we will enter some relative calm. The results and the CC enabled the bears to pick holes and panick genuine investors. Once the shorts/bears realise there isnt much volitilaty left in this stock they will drift off to new pastures. I believe then "new" long term investors will come in. This happened last time (Q3 results), very volatile post results and it settled down then went upwards.

ff if it is fair value have you closed your short position and sold all your stock because if its only fair value their is no point in you holding your stock on a just fair value company going nowhere or just might change your tune and buy ?

Oaklandsway,I strongly dissaprove of short selling as it falsely manipulates share price in a devious underhanded way.Yes fully agree on that on the other hand presents genuine buying opportunites for investors who are long and long term investors in a stock.Good luck tomorrow,alas I do not have a $ trading account.

It does not erradicate badly like a capital-intensive investment because we did not see cash burning at all. In fact Danka estimates that it has invested $20 million in its Vision 21 initiative to date. What we saw until Q4 the software write-off was only $7.6 million. So must have been spreaded somewhere in previous Q reports.

Another approximately $5 million is expected to be spent in fiscal 2003
to complete the Oracle implementation in the United States and also undertake
installations in Canada and Brazil. Look, that's not a lot.

Probably Danka might change the strategy to implement it in Italy if they start to expand the Vision 21 in Europe because the infrastructure in Italy is not as good as in US, Germany or UK.

By the way, the more I follow Danka the more I enjoy it. I can't believe the Lang's strategy in refinancing. He tried to avoid capital-intensive investments (including rental business) but go to a very strategic & high margin direction. He believes the strategy will win truly turnaround in US and we saw that margin improvement for the first time since the last 10 quarters there in US. I believe the revenue will increase after everything has been put in place.

Since tech stocks tumbled, I had tried to avoid investing in companies which burn too much money although they have got expected good future outlook. I think institutions are also avoiding it at the moment.

ff, if managements are rampers then why you wait for the earning to come out & read it to make buy or sell decision, also refer to the RNS, etc etc? You also try to analyse it then exchange point of view with us here. this really makes me LOL .... sorry I will let you leave & sleep now.

The 62% Fibonacci retracement takes the price down to 54p . The 75% down to 47p . When the price does turn the shorters will have to cover - this provides a nice momentum upwards. So , the heavier the shorting of a share , the stronger the recovery when it happens .
