Thought the mention of Digismart Networks, our wholly-owned subsidiary, in relation to the state and the MOU, looked highly significant. First time we've seen that, I believe. Could it mark a turning point? Let's hope so. GLA.

Is there an issue with the market prices at the moment? Can't see any of the recent trades listed either on the other board or on the market site itself. Be good to know how that 500,000k is made up.

Smart metering is national infrastructure safety critical - cyber-hacking a real concern and hence unlikely that GoI would be happy/permit Indian CYAN equity to fall outside Indian hands ?

The pager and walkie talkie strikes in the Middle East would have been noted. Smart meters will be across the entire population and country and there would be unimaginable consequences if the are hacked and taken over.

Waiting to see how Israel will hit back at Iran - it could be novel and unexpected in its form.

Just my thoughts. I could be wrong.

Thanks Multi. Have we had orders from Alfanar before, to your knowledge? Your point about what would be the advantage to Intellismart is well made. It didn't strike me as logical at the time. And Alfanar, as far as I can see, is certainly global. And its activity in the MENA area does suggest that our opening of an office in that area might be well underpinned, especially if your speculation is correct. In spite of the rumours of Intellismart wanting to take a stake in CCIndia, I have wondered from the start if, given the wealth available in the area, such an approach might not, in fact, come from a Middle-East player. Who knows. We could do with some news from the company very soon.

I have thought about this as well. Though Intellismart seems to the intuitive customer for this order, a part of me thinks could it be Al Fanar ?
Just a hypothesis/speculation on my part. Al Fanar is huge - so in terms of scale it could be possible.

Why would Intellismart strengthen the negotiating hand of CYAN if Intellismart was trying to buy equity in Indian CYAN ? Anyway it will come out at some point !

Morning all. Don't know if anyone can answer this, but there has been much speculation about where the 6.5m order came from and the view seems to be that it was from Intellismart. However the announcement says it was from a 'global partner'. Is Intellismart 'global'? I thought they were primarily India-based.

Just been reading an article on Stockopedia by Mark Simpson who mentions that Miton UK Microcap Trust, who he advises have a 3% holding in CYAN, have recently received redemption requests from shareholders amounting to 40% of the fund so it's in active dialogue with its shareholders about how it might go about meeting those requests.

Just something else to be aware of along with the upcoming budget.

Of course this doesn't impact the fundamental value of the business but it may throw up a buying opportunity for the believers, although given most here seem to be fully invested one could argue it's unwanted/not required.

Roll on some positive news to further boost the fundamentals.
