12/6/2018 06:25 | EmptyendYep, it'll be all those mean comments on here that'll explain the collapse (80%+) in share price in recent months. You need a reality check pal. | cancun tango
11/6/2018 23:30 | Well I suppose there are some positives that the big hitters have achieved for Cyan ( and shareholders) 1 ... 2 ... Struggling here. Help me out someone :-) It's farcical really. Night night. Time for my medication then back to the dormitory :-) | lwaxf13
11/6/2018 22:58 | Yep, that's right, bury your head in the sand. What you can't hear cant harm you, or help you. 7p today should tell you all you need to know, and it don't look good. | cancun tango
11/6/2018 22:33 | Further condescending nonsense from (arf arf) "realist".Anyone who knows me knows I don't do anything short-term......usua | emptyend
11/6/2018 22:29 | Hello dave, Yes I'm well aware that the key directors are paid well......but they still have voluntarily invested a large chunk of their post-tax comp in the shares at prices well above today's. They need not have done so. | emptyend
11/6/2018 20:55 | "Thanks for your condescending observations. None of that guff makes my comments any less on point." Errm, yes is does, actually. YOU (and others like you) are the reason companies like CYAN exist. YOU are Tonyj's successor. "The shares are off very substantially over the last year or so" This comment illustrates everything. Your view is a short term one. Try working out what the price would be pre-consolidation let alone working backwards over successive, dilutive placings for a period spanning well over a decade.....albeit 5 years on JC's clock. I have forgotten more about this company than perhaps you'll ever learn. Even if the directors bail (and I'm not implying they will), they'll do so with the boast that they've lodged x millions amount of trade.....even though I doubt Harry Berry would bother updating his CV......after all it's his last roll of the dice (or words to that effect). It's not good enough coming on here and saying 'later this year' or 'this time next year'. The shareprice tells you a lot. The pitiful revenue tells you a lot. A record loss of over 11 million tells you a lot. The imminent need for more funding tells you a lot. Sell at a big discount to quoted bid tells you a lot. And finally, the Renumeration Report tells you..........somethi ADYOR. AIMO. Without prejudice. | realist1950
11/6/2018 19:11 | It’s a good argument emptyend and please see page 37 of the 2017 accounts where you see the remuration of 3 directors amounted to over £900k. So whilst the directors have invested in Cyan shares the PIs have funded their investment! | davep4
11/6/2018 18:53 | And where exactly did the money that management put in come from ? From previous placings and self awarded bonuses at the end of the day. It never ceases to amaze me that some still cant see that they have been had. | mtw
11/6/2018 18:29 | "Realist",Thanks for your condescending observations. None of that guff makes my comments any less on point. The shares are off very substantially over the last year or so. Management put a good deal of money in at much higher levels than today. They need not have done so. You and others contend that they are both incompetent and stupid. We will soon see whether you are right....or not.Market cap now under £10mn I think. | emptyend
11/6/2018 16:52 | World class cowboy outfits and hats! | fozdad
11/6/2018 16:41 | 0p soon. I would pay 0p. This has been a ferking disaster with the big hitters. Cowboys IMO. Maybe they will all turn up to the AGM in little cowboy outfits and hats ;-) | lwaxf13
11/6/2018 16:36 | Sells @ 7p today point the way. | realist1950
11/6/2018 16:35 | realist195021 May '18 - 12:03 - 2426 of 2529 Edit 0 0 0 As stated, I expect this to establish a new trading range well below 10p....(but then I have been warning of this for some considerable time). More dilution is a given, in my opinion. | realist1950
11/6/2018 13:58 | Not true re shareholder alignment. Substantial amounts have gone in to prove otherwise. That may be only a (significant) proportion of salaries etc.....but it is still money that could have been retained. It is always (ALWAYS) an error to think there is nothing happening when the share price drifts....... | emptyend
11/6/2018 13:41 | Moving towards the new trading range I highlighted a week or two ago. | realist1950
11/6/2018 13:39 | :O) Owenski | realist1950
11/6/2018 13:16 | Its like a fake company, lots of good big orders but relentless share price decline, another Meldex | the bull
11/6/2018 12:50 | Still way over valued... unless PIs find it in their hearts to keep paying those bonuses. | mtw
08/6/2018 22:32 | When an empty wage trough, tech that no one is buying and mug punters combine, the result is Cyan. | owenski
08/6/2018 21:55 | When red and green combine, the result is yellow. When red and blue combine, the result is magenta. When blue and green combine, the result is cyan. Wiki | mudbath
07/6/2018 11:10 | Or reprice the options down again to make hitting the price just s bit easier ;-) | lwaxf13 |
