Sold some there at 579p, derisking a bit further after a good recent run. Offsets the loss I took on my 14th September sale.

report states most housing shares up 30% in a year. with todays rise that puts Crest about half way there so hopefully more still to come.

I've taken some off the table at 535p there. Crest seems to be reacting slower than some others to the BoE's hints on interest rates.
