14/2/2019 09:38 | No problem at all Windy. Had my portfolio managed by an excellent firm CWD bought. Happily paid 10% for management until they lost all the good staff and the service with it . Have been approached by CWD in a borderline incoherent letter offering me full management at 6.5%. When their existing clients get wind of the 35% discount available there may be a further negative effect on their fee income. Bit like their project Ayella under Ms Pratt. | philosopherad1

14/2/2019 06:53 | Sorry everyone but I just can't see this going positive. There is no change of real note in leadership and there's the little matter of the tenant fee ban to swallow. That's a £15-20m hole and although they are looking to minimise that by charging landlords commission on repairs and a raft of other unexpected add ons, all I see happening is that landlords will move their property to agents that aren't double charging. | philosopherad1
