Two superb new GRID RNSes, which is why its share price has risen.
GRID certainly has plenty of cash that it's looking to spend ... wonder how much of it will be coming our way!

HH, post the above on the other thread, this is just the fun thread where the wibble people reside, they will wibble away for years. I suspect they will be wibbling at 10p, 20p, 30p etc, it is just what they do and nothing would change their wibble minds.

We could really do with a parabolic graph of a random company to help things along. Now where can we find one of those I wonder?

"#CRCL (1.2p) Mambare #NICKEL project could contain $130b of resource - Corcel owns 41% stake - valuation taken from partner Oro Nickel website ...
Mine life already 30 years @ 40,000 tpa Ni output
Can grow up to 30 years @ 80,000 tpa Ni output"

The current nickel price is over US$16,000 per tonne, so nickel output from Mambare of 80,000 tonnes p.a. would equate to about US$1.3billion p.a. of revenue at current nickel prices.

But it could be much more than that if nickel prices keep on rising, as they have been doing recently, driven by burgeoning batteries demand.

In 2007 the nickel price rose to over US$50,000 per tonne.

WisdomTree Nickel (NICK) exchange traded commodity price chart:

Nickel surely will follow where Copper goes ?

Mambare and WoWo gap combined have been valued at 100m+ by stock market previously. This looks a total no brainer right now

Happy to have bought more in the 2s

Can we get Nickel chart in header ?

Yes but the warrant holders are holding the shares and not selling them and therefore expect a slew of TR1s. Lucky sods.

So a warrant is similar to an option. The higher the share price goes, the more attractive/profitable to exercise it.Can warrants be backed to back into the market – at which point they become a no brainer to exercise.

The outstanding 63,735,500 warrants are the residual warrants remaining after the recent 4 exercise RNS earlier this month. Simple subtraction. Be careful.

Thank you Helpful!

If you think that warrants exercisable at 2p are an issue, you're obviously bullish on the share price here from the current 2p bid level
So why on earth are you 'warning' people?
Probably because you're being paid to.

In addition, the potential dilution still isn't excessive, and would bring in yet more cash to the company.

345,521,364 existing shares in issue + 63M. warrants at 1.6p would give circa 408.5M. shares in issue.
+ 48M. at 2p, which probably wouldn't be exercised until 3p + even if a quick sale was wanted.
+ Just 24M. potentially at 1.3p, but can probably only be exercised when the share price is above 2p.

Compared to potential upside of thousands of per cent.
