The outstanding 63,735,500 warrants refer to the warrants valued at 1.6p. There are more warrants. There are potentially 48,000,000 at 2p and another 3,200,000 to directors at 2p and possibly 24,923,077 at 1.3p as highlighted in the most recent fundraising RNS:

But with the slight difference, Klosters, that these extra shares would bring in another million pounds of cash for the company.

Thanks to both of you.I should think of warrants as basically no different than shares that can be put on the market at any time.

Kloster

If the concern is the future effect on the share price from warrants, which should be limited given the benefit that the warrants equally provide more cash, in it's crudest mathematical form, if there's 18% worth of warrants, compared to the expectation of 200%, 300%, 400% or 500% increase in market cap valuation, then the 'effect' is negligible. That's my opinion of the risk / reward, relating to the warrants, regardless of when they're exercised.

RESOURCE MINING CORPORATION LIMITED RMI
LAST PRICE / TODAY'S CHANGE
0.021 +0.006 (40.000%)

RMI is 2.1 cents, and CRCL is 2.1 pence, which makes an good basis for comparison.

Which will be the better investment?

Thanks.I guess my main question still remains the same. So how long do the warrants run for, is there no cut-off date?

Klosters,

There are 345,521,364 CRCL shares in issue, so another 63M. would only be dilution of about 18%.

Exercising warrants is also a very cost-effective way of raising money, as it doesn't have the costs of a placing.

And it doesn't it have the same negative value signal as a discounted placing.

Well done to the warrants-holders for backing CRCL at lower prices, and being rewarded.

But after this recent profit-taking, I suspect that most warrants-holders will wish to run their profits, as they should know how good this should be.

I am more than a bit out of my depth on this. I'm not familiar with warrants. You say that there are 63 million left to be exercised. That is one hell of a lot. Is there a time frame by when the exercising has to have been done?

RMI moving away from WOWO gap to their Tanzania project. WoWo will be coming to Corcel soon imo. Probably part of the reason for the rise although I feel Burwell is also on the brink of news.

exciting times to be in here.

Interesting move today, news surely can be too far away. Definitely felt that yesterday was more about accumulating shares than dumping shares as I struggled to buy all afternoon.

Kemche, your desperate posting is very much like when we were at 1p a few weeks back, could it be we are about to start the next leg up as the Kemche/helpful contra indicator strikes again.

You do realise we have acquired two new assets in the process of expanding the shares in issue. One being the exciting Burwell project, the other being the RMI debt, they were up 70% during the night, it is a project I can see CRCL adding the most value from, despite the obvious potential of the Burwell project relative to MAST.

Still only £6m MCAP with 3 very exciting projects, it is why I am here but thanks for your continued wibble, the fun thread continues to deliver.

Helpful, there you go again with your glass half empty posts, surely we should be celebrating the fact the warrants can be exercised and it is at a discount to a price 100% higher than 6 weeks ago? I remember posting here when someone sold sub 1p that it would not be many weeks before they regretted it.

I would like to apologise for comparing a cash raise (where shares are issued for cash) to the conversion of warrants, where shares are issued for cash. What was I thunking? There were 87,875,000 warrants issued in 3 of the 5 cash raises since Dec 2019. So far this month 24,139,500 of those warrants have been exercised. That leaves 63,735,500 remaining. Those warrants can be converted into shares at 1.6p. The share price today is 1.875p. So the conversion of these warrants into shares at 1.6p, a discount to today's share price, would not be comparable to a discounted cash raise where shares are issued at a discount to the share price. Be careful.

"Helpful, you seem a glass half empty sort of guy also, you could say 60% premium to your earlier be careful warnings at 1p. 🤣🤣🤣"

Exactly Mark.

The warrants were arranged when the share price was far lower, so to compare it to a discounted placing is clearly dishonest.

CRCL's last placing, In February, was actually at a premium.

How about an apology from Helpfull for all the money he's cost people?

I fact, I think that anyone who sold before the rise this month, due to his dishonest 'warnings', would actually have a very good case to sue him for their losses or missed gains
