13/5/2021 13:34 | The near two and a half year wait is finally over! WOOHOO! Bring it on!! This is a key step to unlocking one of the world's largest nickel projects ... Elon Musk, are you watching?! 13/05/2021 13:00 UKREG Corcel PLC Mambare: Grant of Environmental Permit "Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions , announces that on the morning of 13 May 2021 it was informed by its Joint Venture partner that it has received the approval of the Environmental Permit Ep-L2 (708) authorising the excavation of laterite ore deposit and DSO operations at the Company's Mambare Nickel Cobalt project. The approval is conditional, as is normal in PNG, on the activity complying with the Environmental Act 2000 and its policy objectives and on certain further plans and submissions being completed within three months. 13/5/2021 13:22 | RGM used to be valued at £40m just for Mambare That would translate to a share price of c.10p now However we're about to enter a Battery Metals Supercycle and have potential for synergies with WoWo Gap (of which we own Senior Debt position worth over $4m of a Company that was worth over $100m for that asset at one point !) We really could target a 10-20p share price here in the short/medium term IMHO | ![]() the stigologist

12/5/2021 17:03 | Pete, Most oil companies have had poor share prices performances for most of the last decade, during a vicious seven year oil stock bear market. Oil stocks as a whole have been devastated. Even the most brilliant director can not swim against that sort of tide. This is a typical oil stock chart from the last decade: Tullow Oil (TLW): I'm sorry if you lost money on GKP (although my sympathy is abating by the day!), but you really need to consider your own lack of consideration/apprec When the oil price collapsed, the situation changed massively. But at Corcel, we're now in the battery metals sector, at the start of a developing battery metals bull market. | ![]() hedgehog 100
12/5/2021 16:43 | Helpful, just to clarify your wibbling, From the September RNS, “Planning Approval The Company also announces that the landlord of the Burwell site has received from the East Cambridgeshire District Council planning permission for a 50MW energy storage development. The permission covers the existing factory and the surrounding land at the Burwell site, and specifies the installation of the main battery and a 132kV transformer on an adjacent hard stand.” You do understand only a landowner can receive planning permissions.... Corcel would never receive the planning approval even if it was the entity making the application. However Corcel does have the grid connection, this project requires cooperation from all parties, but that is true of most business transactions. Wibble wibble, another up day, must wibble harder tomorrow. | ![]() mark10101
12/5/2021 16:41 | Helpfull 8 May '21 - 20:15 - 967 of 1001 " ... The land owner or land buyer it would seem has the control of the planning permission. ..." Helpfull, You clearly stated that the landowner or land buyer has control of the planning permission, when they do not. No one has control of it, it is public property. So it can be freely utilised by Corcel when they lease the site, they will not need to reapply for planning permission, or buy the planning permission from the landowner - which cannot be done. | ![]() hedgehog 100
12/5/2021 16:13 | "The Company also announces that the landlord of the Burwell site has received from the East Cambridgeshire District Council planning permission for a 50MW energy storage development". It's in the Sept 2020 RNS. I don't know what point you're trying to make. The landlord has the planning permission, not Corcel. That's why there is no binding lease. 12/5/2021 16:12 | For those doubters of ainsworth's track record at gkp then just ask any punter in the oil game. Yes it did 100 bag on the strength of fictions and then the directors sold out and the price dropped over night. 12/5/2021 14:36 | Hedgehog 100 8 May '21 - 20:44 - 968 of 994 Edit 0 1 0 "Helpfull, ... Planning permission goes with the land, not with the person or company. You don't even need to own land, or indeed lease it, to apply for planning permission for it. ..." Helpfull 8 May '21 - 22:29 - 972 of 994 0 1 2 "From "the multi-handled crook Helpfull". The 50MW planning permission was granted to the landowner. ... " Helpfull, Clearly you're a beginner on planning matters. But if you don't believe me, perhaps you will believe this: "Who Owns a Planning Permission? Commercial Property | 23rd March 2017 Anyone can apply for planning permission on any piece of land, whether they own it, lease it, rent it or simply see it from the upper deck of the bus on their way to work in the morning. It is long established that there is no need to have any proprietorial interest in land before making a planning application to develop it. But once the planning permission is granted, who does it belong to? And can anyone simply copy the design on the basis that the act of applying for planning permission puts the design into the public domain and free for all to use? The first question is easy to answer; a planning permission relates to the land, not the applicant, and anyone can implement it so long as they have sufficient interest in the land, and abide by its conditions. In other words, you cannot own a planning permission, even if you paid good money to make the application. ..." | ![]() hedgehog 100
12/5/2021 14:30 | Show me your warrant! 23,076,924 warrants at 1.3p exercised today. And 25,000,000 and 20,000,000 new warrants issued at 2p and 2.5p respectively. That's 23,076,924 new shares and potentially another 45,000,000 new shares plus 2,000,000 interest shares. There are still 63,735,250 warrants at 1.6p remaining after 24,139,750 warrants at 1.6p were exercised in April. There are still 51,200,000 warrants at 2p from 18th February 2021 fund raise outstanding. So that's 23,076,924 new shares and potentially another 161,935,250 warrants at 1.6p/2p/2.5p to be converted to new shares. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull

12/5/2021 14:14 | Corcel director Ewen Ainsworth was a director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GKP) from 24.1.08 - 16.6.14. Directorate Change LSE:GKP Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd "Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited ("Gulf Keystone" or the "Company") today announces that Finance Director Ewen Ainsworth will leave the Company to pursue other interests on 17 June 2014. A search for Mr Ainsworth's replacement is underway and potential candidates have been identified. While that search is concluded, Mary Hood, the Company's Financial Controller will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer. Gulf Keystone's Chairman Simon Murray explained: "Over his six years with Gulf Keystone Ewen has played a key role in the Company's growth and we thank him for his dedication. Now, with our main market move and recent US$250 million bond financing behind us this is a good time to make a transition." Gulf Keystone's CEO Todd Kozel added: "Ewen was instrumental in securing the financing for the initial exploration activities which ultimately resulted in the Shaikan discovery. More recently, Ewen helped build the financial infrastructure to support the Company's transition from an exploration company to a production company, and to obtain the financing required to fund Gulf Keystone's future development plans." 12/5/2021 12:50 | It is laughable you blossom munchers think Corcel will do the capex for any of these projects, it will be JV’s and sales. However if this secular bull market continues for commodities, as predicted by many commentators, maybe the 1991 mentality will come back, then we are in 100x territory. Surely worth a shot at such a depressed stage of the cycle. But no doubt you lot will continue to munch blossom and wibble for years to come. | ![]() mark10101 |
