26/4/2021 15:57 | Hedgehog Wouldnt a rise like that be something!!!? | ![]() billthebank
26/4/2021 15:51 | CRCL's staggered rise over the last 12 months reminds me very much of EUA (Eurasia Mining) a couple of years ago. Which ended in it going ballistic. EUA had 180-bagged since the start of 2018 at its recent of high of over 40p. EUA's current market cap. at 27p is £744.85 million. | ![]() hedgehog 100
26/4/2021 15:39 | Well done Mark! The warrants have temporarily depressed the share price. Ironically, while they have strengthened the company's financial position. So a double buying opportunity. | ![]() hedgehog 100

25/4/2021 11:09 | "Quick look at their recent accounts, are they not going to be needing money very soon?" Good question to which the following may prove useful: This only in the last 15 months: December 2019 - £830,000 placing April 2020 - £470,000 placing June 2020 - £220,000 placing October 2020 - £750,000 placing February 2021 - £300,000 placing And therefore one has to ask: 6 monthly "Admin costs" £493k. Loss for the six months £526k Cash at bank at 31 dec 2020 £180k. Cash raised so far - squillions. Net cash flows from operations (outflow) £536,000 Divided by six is circa £90k a month cash burn rate. Please ignore the known liar rmart. WTF! Where is the money????? Can anyone tell me what comes next? | ![]() kemche
24/4/2021 19:47 | Corcel runs a tight ship, with only three directors, and is doing a lot with a comparative little. Re. £750K. gross raised last October: • About half of this was used towards acquiring AUD 3.05m of debt in Resource Mining Corporation, the 100% owner of the Wo Wo Gap nickel/cobalt project located 250km from the CRCL's existing Mambare project. • And some of the proceeds are assisting CRCL with originating and negotiating pre-identified further acquisitions in the battery metals space which are designed to broaden the Company's current exposure to all of the key battery metals going forward. The debt could well be used as leverage to acquire some/all of the Wo Wo project from RMI, who in February acquired a nickel project in Tanzania. An independent valuation of the WoWo Gap project was conducted in 2009 and valued the project at AUD 168m. But that was at the bottom of the mining cycle, so the potential valuation now is far higher. 26/10/2020 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Corcel PLC Placing, Broker Appointment and TVR "Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions, announces completion of a GBP750,000 placing and the appointment of a sole broker. Highlights: -- GBP750,000 (gross) raised at a price of GBP0.01 per share (a 13% discount to the 22 Oct closing price of GBP0.115) -- Funding to be utilized to exercise the option to purchase the remaining debt in RMI ("Resource Mining Corporation") at a 65% discount and in pursuit of additional opportunities in the battery metals space ... " This sort of impressive value creation is why Corcel is delivering a 'POW!' to the bashers! Power Metal Resources (POW): | ![]() hedgehog 100
