Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Of course Avonmouth may be seen as a great financial success:

"Purchase consideration is £72,000 payable now and a further £72,000 payable at financial close as well as agreement with EL on a 30-year project land lease"

That was in the RNS dated 28 May 2021. Thirteen months ago. That is 13 x £35,000+ monthly remunerations for Scottie and Parsons. Going on for half a million pounds for an outlay of £72,000. A fantastic rate of return. Not for shareholders though. The trough is not closed. But it might need refilling.

Be careful.

So you think Align will grasp at last straws then ? They'll want someone else to bail them out / throw good money after bad - surely.

This bulletin board used to be more fun. Can't someone organise a meeting outside a London hotel at 3pm today so we can all "debate" with fisticuffs?

Scottie won't be there. He's off on his jaunt to Papua New Guinea before he disappears that. Helicoptered around at no expense spared. No expense to him. Can't see him in a canoe in the jungle. Shareholders need to empty the last pennies from their pockets. Scottie deserves the best. I hope he and Parsons are paying themselves enough. And Lord Snotty.

Today Scottie has excelled. He has managed to disappear the disappearance of Tring Road.

Be careful.

Wonder if Mr Paharmacal will now adjust down his 10.92 p 'target' share price by the 77% of it contributed by FGS ? I think I know the answer.

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Brilliant new Corcel presentation!

With 2022-2023 Newsflow. This is not when the company expects to achieve anything. It represents how long the management thinks it can go on talking about a subject before even the mug punter will stop believing them.

Shareholders, keep taking the tablets whilst Scottie and Parsons keep taking £35,000+ remuneration every month.I hope Scottie hasn't suffered losses on his beloved Bitcoin or else shareholders will be made to pay (more). Where is that wibble guy? Where is Hedgie? Where is that "twisted, bitter vengeful cowards, hate filled hearts, cowards, hate filled twisted bitter entities, resident trollers and libellers" person?

Be careful.

Share promoting as they state, then inducement.

Is this Coyote guy an idiot? Posting as a professional promoting the shares. Let me guess he claims he's the largest holder, and so what. He's posting in the capacity of Align "Research". I believe dozens of COB rules breach here.

Additionally, Align holds an Equity Sharing Agreement with the company over 40m shares.

Paid £30,000. Its in their disclosures somewhere. Latest on Wow gap is usual waffle and 'there is no doubt that' its a great asset and 'target' price still 20p ! No discussion of costs of PEA or to develop. No rationales, no analyses, no calculations. just assertions with no backup. Something one would expect to be producd by a green behind the ears 'journalist - tipster' and not by any competent and qualifed analyst.

Hey Coyote

Can you tell us exactly how Align got paid for the research note? Was there any payment or was it freebies?

Align claims it cannot be seen as impartial, whereby they are not exercising a Chinese wall.

The term “Chinese wall” has been routinely used in the City to describe the notional (and physical) barriers banks, insurers, brokers and asset managers erect between different departments to keep information confidential and manage conflicts of interest.

What Is a Chinese Wall?
The term Chinese wall, as it is used in the business world, describes a virtual barrier intended to block the exchange of information between departments if it might result in business activities that are ethically or legally questionable. In the United States, corporations, brokerage firms, investment banks, and retail banks have used Chinese walls to describe situations where there is a need to maintain confidentiality in order to prevent conflicts of interest.

"This financial promotion has been approved by Align Research Limited"

So it's printed in black and white it's a share promotion because of their material interest.

As it's a wonderstock, why don't they keep buying more shares, and show us their strong buy conviction all the way to 15p?

AVOID SHARES PROMOTION FROM PEOPLE WHO GET THE RESEARCH NOTE WRITTEN, THEN POST ON THE THREAD, WHILE BEING A PROFESSIONAL NOT A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL.

THIS BREACHES AFN CORE RULES AND FURTHERMORE POTENTIAL A SERIOUS CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.

Do note the poster Richie666 has posted as a "Professional" on behalf of his two men's team firm, I think.
