Scottie seems to be taking Corcel in his favoured direction. Towards suspension. He achieved it with Curzon Energy. Is he now going for the double? A proven model. The CEO still gets remunerated. Stuff shareholders. He will have to do right by debt holders though. Who's that? Anyone know?

Be careful.

I'm going to get my hearing tested today.

Just listened to Scottie on Stock Box Media. Did I hear him say that Avonmouth was a £72,000 gamble? A punt? And if it didn't come off its only £72,000. After all its only shareholder money. It was a 9 month punt. Is there any other share investment that do a £72,000 gamble? Is that the basis for an investment strategy? Surely this management are past redemption.

Here's the game. You gamble £72,000.

If it fails, so what, it is only shareholder money. You go back and raise more money (and some for the trough at the same time). Make up another punt that the mug punter will believe.

If it is successful you take the credit and get Lord Snotty to award you oodles of cash (he does that anyway, it is his only purpose). You go back and raise more money (and some for the trough at the same time). Make up another punt that the mug punter will believe.

All is well and good. No risk to Scottie, only reward. Risk/reward ratio hey. With a little blue sky thrown in. There is a risk to shareholders though. The problem is like a drunk at the races, Scottie is continually punting and losing and is too drunk to realise. Southport, Avonmouth, Burwell? He's not too good at this. But it is shareholder money. Not an investment strategy. And why is there an Executive Chairman, remunerated at £172,000+ a year watching over this?

Scottie is after more cash. He's doing the social whirl. Paying shareholder cash to get attention. No apology. Definitely no apology. Expect more of the same.

Be careful.

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Scottie is tweeting about Dempster today. He admitted in a recent Sock Box interview that Dempster wasn't relevant to the near term Corcel plans. Yet needs must. Shows the dearth of progress that has been made and is going to be made on all fronts.

Perhaps peeps would like to see a tweet explaining why a company of £3 million has an Executive Chairman. On a salary of £146,000+ (total remuneration £172,000+). The company could save £100,000+ there. Don't be surprised at how much will be leeched out of the company as the performance dwindles. Perhaps Scottie could tweet about remuneration?

Be careful.

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

You people make me sick with all your wibble. Can't you see what it has done to the share price? Scottie and Parsons have worked wonders here. They've disappeared Southport, Burwell, Avonmouth and probably Tring Road. They are working on PNG. I think they might up their game and disappear the "battery storage opportunities" before they appear.

Scottie and Parsons couldn't give a toss for shareholders. Their duty is to ensure there is enough money in the trough to pay their £35,000+ per month and whatever extra Lord Henry Snotty awards them.

No revenue from FGS so guess how they are going to get the money? Cash raise, cash raise, cash raise. But not necessarily in that order.

Be careful.

He had that ace 'analyst' - with a long record of duds. His business plan is (soon to be was) to persuade the hopeless who can't get anyone else to puff them to pay him £30k to do so. So with £30k to come, why would his analyst ('scribbler a better description) highlight any red flags ? Better to hire a scribbler who can't even identify red flags - then his conscience is clear

The operations update tried to sugar coat the fact. Avonmouth is a bust. The news is material and had to be released to the market. There was no mention of Tring Road. If Corcel and it's "partner" are shying away from fossil fuel projects there is little likelihood Tring Road will come to fruition. Why didn't they say that? And why not mention Burwell? Probably because they would have to admit there is now no FGS. Apart from the huge prospects that are so sensitive they are not able to mention them. Or not. Shareholders should not worry their pretty little heads. Does anyone still believe the management?

Revenue from FGS was supposed to fund the nickel projects. In the recent research note from Align Research it represented 80% of the valuation. Is that now zero? That is some inflection point.

No wonder Corcel was trying to big up Dempster. It had a £0.65 million valuation put on it by Align. In a recent interview Scottie said it was not a major part of the future plans of the company. It might be insignificant but when you have nothing it seems you need to emphasise insignificant.

And what about the management? Can the company afford to keep paying exorbitant salaries for abject failure over so long a period? Can the company afford an Executive Chairman? On any level? Who has benefited from all the cash raises since they have taken control? Certainly not shareholders. Who have had their noses in the trough? And still have? Certainly not shareholders.

They are now trying to say PNG has value. They have been invited to South Korea. Can the company afford it? Scottie is going to be helicoptered in to the jungle at WoWo. Can the company afford it? Scottie and Parsons are now taking remuneration of well over £35,000+ per month. Can the company afford that? For years of miserable share price performance. Can shareholders afford it? Why do shareholders put up with it? The truth is they now have no choice. It is a common fate for shareholders in companies where Scottie and Parsons are involved. Mug punters be warned.

Be careful.

I suspect death spiral shares companies are lining up.

CLNs and free warrants.

This is going ICON's way.

Shares are about to multiply like rabbits. End of the year 1bn+ share, if they need authority they will get it.

A price 'target' would be fairyland without a forecast of the capital needed (and therefore share dilution) to get these assets even to a bankable stage. - likely to be many times Corcel's current cap even if partners are brought in. That 'ace' researcher who was/is so convinced didn't consider that at all. His assumption (also fairyland - he doesn't know how it works inside the SPV's that were going to be used) was that FGS would deliver ALL the working capital needed. Even a kindergartener would have questioned that !

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Does this company need an Executive Chairman? Can this company afford an Executive Chairman? The difference in remuneration between a non-executive Chairman and an Executive Chairman is about £140,000 per year. Who benefits from that? Well? Silly question really because everyone knows it's Parsons who benefits. Does C4 Energy still hold debt here? How much is it on the Corcel books for? How much did C4 Energy acquire it for? Parsons knows. Do you?

Since Parsons jumped on board in Dec 2019 the share price has declined from 3.5p to 0.85p and falling rapidly. The number of shares have increased from 87,000,000 to 441,000,000. The market capitalisation is virtually the same. Since then Southport and Avonmouth have disappeared. Probably Tring Road and Burwell too. No zinc, no nickel, no cobalt and no vanadium have ever been produced and are ever likely to be produced. Shareholders cannot afford the "dedicate at least 2 days a week" Executive Chairman.

Be careful.
