20/7/2022 08:36 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? The trough has been filled, again. But for how long? Directors remuneration for 2021 was £449,000. That was £37,400 per month and don't forget to add on a few thousands more for 2022. With the 3 month 50% reduction that £449,000 remuneration would be reduced to £393,000 at 2021 prices. Hardly covered by the current cash raise. And that is what the cash raise is about. Securing the remuneration for those with their noses in the trough. And they will be back for more soon. Very soon. Does this cash raise mean that Altana are not going to take up the £500,000 50% option? Parsons and "social impact" doesn't sit well? The 3 month option period is coming to an end. Getting the cash in before further poor news? And further bad news. There is a black cloud on the horizon. Novum Securities are involved. No nickel. No cobalt. No vanadium. No Avonmouth. No Tring Road. No Burwell. No Southport. No revenues. These are the negatives. An Executive Chairman on £172,000+ remuneration a year for a £2 million company. Why? (The difference in remuneration with a non-Executive Chairman would be about £100,000 per year. Is that a clue?) Millions of warrants on the cards. Novum Securities involved. Debt of the company held by C4 Energy, a company where Parsons, the Executive Chairman on £172,000+ remuneration at Corcel, is a director. A company where the share price was 3.25p and more when the current management took over. What is it today? 0.375p and falling? There were 87,000,000 share in issue then. What is the number today? These are the positives. Don't be surprised at how much value those involved will take out of the company. Again and again. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
20/7/2022 08:30 | When all warrants are exercised issued shares will have more than doubled to 920 million. | ![]() lurker5
20/7/2022 08:14 | The shares with BO. Could explain it? | ![]() mrzippo
20/7/2022 07:51 | Well Well - Who'd 'a thought it ! With warrants, broker options, and Uncle Tom Cobly existing shareholders are shafted (along with our 'conviction' friend - wonder when they'll sack the 19p 'targeter' ?!) | ![]() lurker5
18/7/2022 13:14 | Bloody MMs behaving as though the game has not changed at all when we have been told categorically by Pharmacal that it has changed completely. Grrr! Stabbed in the front and back. | ![]() kemche
15/7/2022 11:55 | Have a read of the posts on the other thread from yonks ago - rmart and mark10101 - quite a good laugh in light of subsequent performance. | ![]() mrzippo
15/7/2022 10:52 | Southport? Southport? Does it actually exist? I thought it only existed in myth and legend. It wasn't real was it? I thought it was code for failure by Scottie and Parsons. Avonmouth? Scottie has done another Southport! Tring Road? Scottie had done another Southport! Be careful | ![]() helpfull

15/7/2022 10:36 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? Nickel falling 8%+ today near to $19,000 mark. It is now about even for the year. Probably below $20,000 per ton it is not economical to mine. That won't affect Scottie and Parsons. They still get £35,000+ per month. And maybe more if Lord Snotty keeps up his good work. No nickel, no cobalt, no vanadium, no Burwell, no Tring Road and definitely no Avonmouth (even though it is still on the company update; perhaps Scottie and Parsons are too busy or too lazy to change it). Why is there an Executive Chairman in this company of £2,000,000. Parsons benefits for his 2 days a week but do shareholders? 3.25p share price when this pair took over and 0.5p now. Even after raising more cash in cash raises than the company is now worth. Where has it all gone? To who has it all gone? Who benefits when the company goes belly up? Whoever holds the debt of course. Who is that? Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
13/7/2022 11:45 | I think the CZN moment will arrive before the IRON moment. Scottie is working on it. He's down to three possible tweets: Mambare,WoWo Gap and today, Dempster. How desperate? And all for £35,000+ per month. "Alongside the funding relationship and with a view to participate in all future Corcel energy generation and storage projects, the Heads include that ASIP is also awarded an Option (the "Option") over 50% of Flexible Grid Solutions Limited (the Company's UK based subsidiary which owns the Company's portfolio of UK based energy generation and storage projects) for a total cost of £500,000. The Option will be valid for a period of three months" The three months is coming to an end. With Scottie, no news is always failure. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
13/7/2022 10:48 | When can we expect our IRON moment? Soon I hope. | ![]() kemche
12/7/2022 19:00 | "stabbed in the back and stabbed in the front" He is funny as F! | ![]() kemche
12/7/2022 18:23 | He comes across as a breath of fresh air. Metaphorically speaking, is there a difference between being stabbed in the back and stabbed in the front? I suppose you get to see the snarling, "twisted, bitter vengeful cowards, hate filled hearts, cowards, hate filled twisted bitter entities, resident trollers and libellers", ugly mush of the perp. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
12/7/2022 16:26 | Is that where he says his stakes in his 'convictions' are so key, that he can influence managements that turn out to be dud - to his and everyone's benefit ? Thats despite his 'research' displaying total ignorance how companies actually work ! - and he and his mickey mouse 'team' with no qualifications except the very low quality cfa | ![]() lurker5
12/7/2022 13:41 | I would urge anyone who needs a pants wetting laugh to read Pharmacal's defence of himself as he takes the moral high ground. Poor mite! It's funny as F! | ![]() kemche

06/7/2022 15:44 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? Scottie and Parsons will be sucking the marrow out of the bones of the Corcel carcass at the moment. Are there many £2 million companies with a £500,000 remuneration bill? Lord Snotty will be popping a couple of eyeballs. Parsons will be salivating over the entrails in the form of the debt, vampire like. Mambare and Wo Wo Gap are being disappeared. Who will they go to? We all know don't we? Luckily, Scottie is on hand with experience of what to do when the company is suspended from trading. For a fee of course. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull

05/7/2022 13:46 | There's a 100/1 shot in the last race at Chepstow today. Just the sort of blue sky investment Scottie likes. £72,000 of shareholder money on the nose. It's a gamble. A good return. With a little blue sky thrown in. If it loses? So what? Scottie and Parsons are paid £35,000+ per month to take these gambles. They know where there are plenty of mug punters to get more cash from. What was the share prices when these two took charge? What was the market capitalisation? How much cash has been raised since, for a decrease in the share price and a whopping increase in their salaries? Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
05/7/2022 11:09 | All the sells are clearly buys as Pharmacal collects all the cheap shovels. The game has now changed beyond recognition. Confetti anyone? | ![]() kemche |
