Dated today, is this indeed as recent as its dated? If so what was on the agenda then? Interesting what it says.

Taking pride in the best of Filipino cuisine, Ambassador Roberto Romulo and his lovely wife, Olivia, treated their distinguished guests to a special dinner at the Romulo Café. The notable guest list included former US Ambassador to the Philippines Tom Hubbard and Copper Development Corp. and Crazy Horses Resources chairman and chief executive officer Mitchell Alland.

Business opportunities in the Philippines were among the subjects discussed that evening with Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Environment Secretary Ramon Paje, US Ambassador Harry Thomas Jr. and British Ambassador Stephen Lillie.

Wherei ndeed, we do know some £6million was invested in crazy horse , and certainly no good reason at the time for doing it , as for now , there will be expenses to pay , and this lot just love to spend in that area!!

Sold these some time ago....deadful to see the share price hit so bad. The last results suggested cash of more than double current mkt cap? Where is that?

The transaction with the CEOs other listed company was effectively a cash transfer between their respective bank accounts with the exchange of shares done to balance the books.

Count , Iam not invested here , as I said, will go long when and if they show some sign of acting like they know what they are doing.
Am interested in the story behind this one, how modern day spivs/ crooks are able to operate within the square mile and get away with it!

Well contact the authorities then.

To me it looks like a poorly timed investment in a stock which has suffered a major decline due to the sell of in resource stocks, but perhaps this is a simplistic view. A quick scan of most copper focused, or for that matter resource stocks, shows a massive decline in the there share price

Many ASX & TSX listed copper stocks will either have to place there projects on care and maintanance, or come to the market cap in hand to raise equity or they will have to sell assets which will be very difficult in this market or they will simply not be able to go on anymore. Cash is king at the moment.

Count , the Crazy horse investment needs to looked into by the authorities , it clearly was a way shifting a large amount of cash out of CDA and into the pockets of someone close to the action.

The question we would all like to know is ...

Having spent in the region of $25m on the Basay project , would not a competant CEO have ensured that they were legaly in a place to carry out their work , the man has failed and should resign pronto !

Market cap is now 6m GBP

At 30th June they had cash of approximately 10.5m GBP, which equates to a share price of around 4.5p

Plus they have there investment in Crazy Horse resources.

The Hinoba-an copper project

...and of course Basay...although whether you can ascribe any value to this project at the moment is obviously highly debatable.

Todays two trades totalling less than 700 pounds have resulted in a 12.5% decline in the value of the company, or 900k has been wiped off the company. That is some leavage, I will leave you guys to determine whether it is justified or not.

Adding more here seems to bring the share price lower, the sellers need to clear...guess their all bailing on the recent good news, cant say I blame them but as AIM's go, it's not for Widows and Orphans!

No resignations and no corporate news , confirms it looks like they will plunder the coffers to zero!

...same old same....when an AIM stock gets hammered, just a few small sells tend to have an exaggerated impact on the share price. For example calculate the value of this mornings trades and compare it to the value which has been wiped off the market cap.

Actually FD did have a target price of something like 130p earlier on this year, so they have been made to look ridiculous and there research to look very poor...who would have confidence in there research and price targets on any company now?

Now what did Fox Davies set a target price here, surely not £1.02 , must of been an error, did they mean £0.02 , first class dummies for sure!

I asked those questions also Jotoha. The IIs are asking those qns. However, there's no doubt a dual strat of getting answers from the co. AND pressuring the Phillo's to reverse their decision since this defies common sense and law is not a bad one.
