Are these City insiders the same people who would lead you to believe the requirement of £10million quids worth of funding at a price of 3p jotoha2, or was that just your OPINION?

Count , you are one silly billy , do you really think thats going to help the sp, the markets are not moved by free speech posting on sites , get real man , the company has been shorted by the city insiders , thats how markets work , and clearly you have called it wrong all the way down.

I too am hoping for a swift resolution.Given the worst case scenario, what value do you see in the remaining assets.I genuinely hope it doesn't come to that though.

Well my view is the RNS they released on the 20th Aug seemed pretty conclusive to me - in CDCs favour. However the market hates uncertainty, so until it is resolved interest will be weak. Of course it will not help that we have a poster who is consistently posting malicious and unfounded rumours in regards the companies cash position. I recall that posters on ADVFN did this on some small oil companies, however the companies hit back and took these posters to court and eventually successfully prosecuted them. Hence why I have sent these posts onto the company to notify them.

Count, I see you hold these, and also ferrex. I've been in here for some time and am about 70% down. What's your prognosis for the issue over the licencing.

jotoha2 - I have forwarded your posts onto the company. Will let them contact ADVFN if they believe that your posts are malicious rumours.

jotoha2......I'm presuming that statement above is just your own opinion, or can you state who has lead you to believe that they are seeking funding of £10million at a price of 3p per share, as that would indeed be an ouch!

Everyone who can read a balance sheet can see that they are pretty well out of cash , they have blown the lot since listing, what do you suggest they do to pay their rather generous salaries and expenses etc.

The market knows about the imminent cash call , so should you!!

This management are performing as expected , another leg down , and with cash running out before they have any opportunity to bring in a JV , am led to belief that funding will be £10 million @around 3p , ouch, and massive dilution!

...But copper's fate may not solely hinge on China, according to a Seeking Alpha article8 written by Evariste Lefeuvre, chief economist of Natixis North America's economic research department.

"Global copper inventories stand at their lowest level in several years," states Lefeuvre, adding that the stock-to-use ratio is very low, meaning that prices will be very sensitive to "demand shock." Further, "[g]iven the level of stock to consumption, there is potential for a 20% increase in copper prices. With U.S. housing and car production continuing to recover, pent up demand remains decent for copper."

Made a small buy this am.
Now should CDC successfully resolve the Basay issue, and then release the news of the 34,000m of drilling and perhaps a consequant resource update then this stocks will look extremely cheap at the current price. All hinges on the result of Basay now, but the last RNS did seem rather conclusive.

I do not like pump and dumpers such as Topinfo, just because I sound the alarm
on them regular does not make me a nutcase as you kindly put it.

I am here for the long term so that small spike which you speak of, which barely even registers on the above charts is not really of any note to me personally. Did you first come across CDC from reading the (will not mention name:)) thread? Yesterday you said you bought into CDC...if this is so then I guess you have that thread to thank for making you aware of the stock?
My guess is that you are someone that followed one of those tips a while back, lost money and have ever since stalked that thread. Let it go and move on and let people make there own investment decisions on when and what to buy. Your constant posts about the same subject make you come across as some kind of nutcase.
