11/9/2012 09:44 | Are you forgetting their pump and dump with CDC at 7.5p, yet another example. | ![]() 27howard
11/9/2012 09:33 | 27howard - general perspectives...best to apply that mind set. Most people do not believe everything they read, suggesting they do is a little OTT. Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds and all that. Do you think you could go 10 posts on here without mentioning Topinfo? :) Just marry the guy and give us all a rest! | ![]() the count of monte_cristo
11/9/2012 09:28 | If you look at some of the biggest losers today you will see stocks recently pumped and dumped by Topinfo, like I said you will lose everything if you follow these pump and dumpers. | ![]() 27howard
11/9/2012 09:22 | The Count of Monte_Cristo - if one of your stocks suddenly goes up, and you can't figure out why, it's always worth checking that thread. A great source of info for AIM stocks, but things move fast on that thread so I would advise people to read the posts for a week before they get involved. Hopefully we might get some news of the Basay exploration permit soon. Talking to people as high up in government as you can get should at least cut down on wasted time dealing with underlings. | ![]() marab
11/9/2012 09:02 | That thread is actually quite helpful, thanks for posting that marab. It has often been discussed but that is the first time I have checked it, and as you say, best to read the header before you read any of the posts! | ![]() the count of monte_cristo
11/9/2012 08:40 | Leoneobull Also do not trust any of the posters on there, all pump and dumpers, infact I'd encourage you not to read it, you will lose money if you start following them. | ![]() 27howard
11/9/2012 08:28 | Leoneobull - topinfo thread link. Read the header on the thread before you read any of the posts. | ![]() marab
11/9/2012 07:59 | can u post link to Topinfo thread? it keeps being mentioned... | ![]() leoneobull
10/9/2012 14:27 | Bought some today while nice and quiet and off the radar of the pump and dumpers from Topinfo thread, overhang of stock still though. | ![]() 27howard
03/9/2012 08:31 | leoneobull, im afraid i can't see any hope for EU/US economies. and printing money only makes it worse. sooner these bust countries face up to the fact that they've bankrupted their nations the better. | ![]() humbugg
03/9/2012 08:18 | To quote me correctly - in my humble opinion, if this issue with Basay gets resolved and hopefully soon, then I think CDC is the cheapest copper play on AIM and probably one of the cheapest resource stocks on AIM to boot. In regards the copper price, any further QE will more than likely boost the price of this commodity, so it wont be just the precious metals that benefit...also when/if they resolve Basay, I would imagine we will hear news on the drilling plus potentially a further upgrade to the resources, which I personally would expect to be pretty good, plus details on the overall potential of the project. Now should it look like a world class copper project, I do not think they will have too many issues finding a major to JV into the project, this is my opinion. Everything is now dependent on the speedy resolution to Basay. | ![]() the count of monte_cristo
03/9/2012 07:54 | CDC is the cheapest copper play on AIM and probably one of the cheapest resource stocks on AIM to boot - agreed. i hope we recover...we will if legal dispute resolved...but then issue will be..how do we persuade a major to come up wth infra funding for Hinoba-an and Basay when they are pulling back on capital investment? still on + side, sooner or later the EU / US will pull out of recession & we'll see a rapid rerating of commodities.. | ![]() leoneobull
02/9/2012 15:10 | count, i think the after hours trade was in fact a sell which took us down imo. otherwise i agree that this looks very cheap. will it get cheaper? my guess is yes sadly as i think we could get some eurozone carnage soon. | ![]() humbugg
01/9/2012 09:17 | Hi Humbugg, This is my opinion, yesterday there were a number of small sells which caused the share price to tick down, the shares are relatively tightly held so whenever there is any selling or buying pressure the share price reacts accordingly (similar to AFF in that reflect). However sometimes, as posters have also noted on AFF, a few sells can have somewhat of a magnifide impact on the share, especially during low volume days, so I guess this is why the share ticked down yesterday, some could argue that yesterdays fall was overdone when assessing the buying and selling volumes. Interesting to note that there was an after hours trade of 100k of shares @ 6.5p, I guess this was a delayed buy? In regards the company, in my humble opinion, if this issue with Basay gets resolved and hopefully soon, then I think CDC is the cheapest copper play on AIM and probably one of the cheapest resource stocks on AIM to boot. I base this opinion on the size of the resources at both Hinoba-an and Basay and in regards the latter project the very real potential for it to develop into a major, perhaps even world class copper project. However for the moment sentiment and uncertainty are against the company and until they resolve the Basay issue the shares are likely to remain flat, IMHO. I have not sold a single share and have been thinking about adding to my holding, if I can free up funds. | ![]() the count of monte_cristo
31/8/2012 16:35 | Nil desperandum. Leonebull is right. My understanding from a source in Manilla is that matters should be resolved. This is not a market for the nervous but the current weakness to me is a splendid buying opportunity. | ![]() wiseacre
31/8/2012 13:04 | so why is this down again on all buys?? | ![]() humbugg
31/8/2012 08:38 | Thanks for that. | ![]() giantpeach2
29/8/2012 09:08 | Thanks Leoneobull for that...I had noticed that GP2 was incorrect, but could not be bothered to correct him, thanks for doing it. | ![]() the count of monte_cristo
29/8/2012 08:17 | GP2 - there is no court case as yet. there is a dispute between CDC & the PMO with the threat of legal action by CDC. So there are discussions to resolve the transfer of ownership issue with public auth's. That is difft from a court case. We have 2 legal opinions so far. If it comes to a court case that would be down the line. CDC are trying to apply pressure to get a resolution without a court case... | ![]() leoneobull
29/8/2012 06:55 | Nothing new but some may find it of interest; | ![]() the count of monte_cristo

22/8/2012 09:03 | Well - post on Topinfo thread when we actually have a resolution. The pump and dump gang only stayed 1 day & had no impact on the price | ![]() leoneobull
22/8/2012 07:25 | Thats great that they have now moved on and stopped posting here...hopefully you will as well 27howard. You are worse than the very posters you stalk and critise! Probably the same person:) | ![]() the count of monte_cristo
21/8/2012 20:41 | Leonebull The pump and dump gang from Topinfo thread all dumped yesterday, not one mention today. | ![]() 27howard |
