There is a line in the RNS saying that there will be another RNS when Jim Mellon is appointed a Director. Is that hinting that there will be more news on that day about what Mellon is planning to do with this Company. Maybe he will start buying shares if he isn't already buying today. Anything bought below the cash level of 2.65p looks a bargain surely.

So maybe they will sell Hinoba-an and then become a shell with cash and only 35m shares in issue. This could be one of the cheapest shells on AIM.

Breaking news this am:

Life Science Developments Limited

New name, new direction

Cash around USD 1.5 million or about GBP 1 million
Shares in issue around 37.5 million
So cash per share around 2.65p
Now trading at 2 to 2.25p
Market cap around GBP 0.78 million
Discount to cash around 15% to 20%

Jim Mellon to be appointed as a director.

Mining shareholders likely to rotate out.
Biotech investors to move in.
With such a low market cap if the biotech momentum touches this stock it could multibag.

I had a look at this because it keeps going up.

This is what they said a few months ago.

Outlook

The action taken by the Board to dispose of the Basay Project was necessary to create certainty over the cost base of the Company's activities and extinguish any possibility of future liabilities arising from a project with insufficient prospects of a future viable mining operation. In taking this action, the Board has ensured that it has a sufficient level of resources available to continue to pursue the potential sale of its Hinoba-an project and therefore maximise the potential value from this asset where possible.

The Company will continue to minimise its running costs and preserve the remaining assets in a condition that will smoothly facilitate any potential future sale, whilst pursuing other potential acquisition, investment or merger opportunities that may arise.
