The Prof gives the date of the EGM AS 26TH Dec.

A simple mistake or he has that date fixed in his head for some other reason...the signing of the JV?
We will see monday.

looks like those who didn't buy in before the EGM are trying to talk this Market Cap down or is it the MM stools trying to collect cheap shares for their pay masters ?
Obviously not many sold at 43.35p /share since that offer was only made two or three times before the MM's quickly did a tree shake . So what we have are the traders getting fleeced whilst the long term investors look forward to the next RNS ..... Drilling starts January the 4th in co-operation with our new Joint Venture partner .... hum ... nice ...... :-)

I'm not so sure until the signature Demir can still walk which would send the share price here to 5P.Prof said signed and sealed before the EGM so where is it ?

JV sign off tomorrow and believe that unlocks £1m in cash for CGNR and de-risk all future exploration with Demir (a multi-$Bn Fortune 500 firm)...Not bad I suppose for £15Market Cap company...Maybe the Prof will pull this all off before Christmas!...

If this doesn't at least double on confirmation of the JV I'll be amazed. I'm sure a lot of people are waiting for official confirmation.

The deal will happen. Wether it will rally on the back of it I'm unsure in current climate but over time the share price is only going one way until fair value is met.

I agree that's not the investment case but AimMafia and the likes keep trying to say that it is and so should stand corrected.

That's not the investment case. Once signed Conroy are completely derisked for all future drilling.
