But D-M you have to admire the masterful old chaps skill in timing. March them up the hill, have another rights issue, and the handsome salary is safe for another year or two. And he does all this without having a hole in the ground to stand next to! :¬)

What's not to like? Well, where to start.... The projects and their results, the rampant over-hyping by the company and its followers, the non-compliant exploration target statements, the refractory nature of the gold in the company's only actual resource of 500koz, the permitting environment, the constant placings, the lack of any meaningful technical developments for years.... Take your pick I suppose.

Sounds like nonsense Hooops. Where is the information showing the merits of these eight gold exploration licences in Finland? There is nothing about them on the company website or in the latest annual report. Therefore it would have to be assumed that they are not material.

The Company’s eight gold exploration licences in Finland and one other licence owned by Conroy Gold in
Ireland are not subject to the proposed joint venture partnership with Demir Export and will remain 100%
owned by Conroy Gold.

Demir Export has been granted a right of first refusal over these other licences in
connection with any potential joint venture arrangements until 31 December 2021.

if CGNR CALL EGM ?
The perfect timing would be on or around final results and the Egm NOTICED SERVED FOR THE FORTH COMING AGM ,which for CGNR AND KDR is around 21st December .why have two expenses when ALL be carried out in ONE day?

Doesn't matter if the EGM is end of this year or start of next year. All that matters is that progress is being made and there will be an update any day now
