This is all hype. Anyone who researches this company's projects will find that they have no substance. Small resource, refractory gold, no commercial proposal or feasible permitting route.

Looks as though yesterday's uptick is holding strongly through to today.

Naturally a little weakness earlier as some lowcost holders book in good gains, as expected.

Following suchlike, CNGR have firmed with the lowest ASK showcasing at 41p.

Personally I'm holding from lower and am minded of First Equity's tp of 138p for CGNR, of early 2021.

It could well be time for me to cut my losses here given the current share price with this pos and assuming it holds tomorrow morning. I wish all who join / top-up here all the very best with Conroy and his (imvho) poor behaviour. So long Doc - try telling the truth sometimes. Your Judgement Day before the Lord ain't so far away, I think it might be true to say ... wouldn't you?

Goggin I have no question that shareholders will back it, if it gets to that stage. They have no option when you look at the state of the accounts published last week. This will be a great escape for Conroy because the projects are duds.

As this deal is transformative for shareholders, surely we have to give Board advance authority via EGM to conclude such a deal. Wouldn’t make sense to execute and then find deal rejected by a subsequent EGM.
