Perhaps we should get the amazing Claris Benedicta to replace Mark Child?

Let's face it, she can't be any sodding worse (and she may eat fewer biscuits....)

Only taken 12 years to get to this point. What’s another placing and months more of watching paint dry, between friends…..

All will be ok
Remember miners are kicking out miners, they must be smelling the money and future new land. Once cnr has the money the land swap could happen very fast.
This new money is for the FS , which in turns probably needs the cash to buy the coops land, rest of land is a walk in the park

“During the first quarter, we continued to make significant progress on advancing the Feasibility Study for the La India open pit and associated mine site infrastructure . All technical studies undertaken at the Project level are complete. We are currently reviewing the metallurgical test work, geotechnical analysis and capital cost estimates.

Additionally, we received the results from the 8,004 m infill drill program at the fully permitted high-grade Mestiza open pit. Although not included in the scope of our forthcoming Feasibility Study, we expect Mestiza to provide an additional high-grade ore source for the La India mill.

Concurrently, we are finalizing our analysis of an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for La India Project, which is inclusive of a Mineral Reserve Estimate for the La India open pit. The geological model is consistent with our current best understanding. Lithologies, weathering and structures have been re-modelled from scratch with existing drilling, trenching and outcrops considered.

In summary, the La India open pit including the associated mine site infrastructure is essentially construction ready and materially de-risked. The plan is to add the two fully permitted high grade feeder pits of Mestiza and America to the mine plan during the construction phase. The Feasibility Study on La India open pit is almost complete, the formal announcement will probably take us into Q3. It will put the Company in a position to pursue various project financing alternatives, some of which have already been initiated.”

Exactly my thoughts too. It does not add up. if he had said the money was for land purchase or the remaining amount due on the mill, I would believe it - even using it to pay running costs is legitimate - but NOT the FS that was due Q1!!

Hold on

"The placement proceeds will be primarily used to complete a Feasibility Study"

The feasibility study was due in Q1. He gave presentations where he said it would be out in a matter of days or weeks. Now suddenly he finds he needs another £3m to complete it? Something is not right here.

Is there also some money set aside for the land, when he eventually faces up to the fact that he doesn't have it all and it has to be paid for? Or will there be another fund raising for that?

DiggyBee.
"I bought too many in a state of excitement".

Anyone who has that kind of strategy when it comes investing should not be suprised nor disappointed when an share price hits the floor.

Foolish beyond words.

What a chortle for Mark. An £8,400 tax to pay in new worthless paper but he gets to keep the wheeze going another year, receive his handsome salary, plus the opportunity of another holiday snap with amigo Ortega. That is how you pay the bills in life.

I've been waiting for this opportunity to top up for some time. In my opinion this is going to be seen as a great time to buy, 4 mill USD should see us to project finance. Next up mineral reserve update, followed by FS.

coop’s associates are kicking out some miners who don’t have the right to mine in their land.
H&S is the excuse, but greed is probably at play too: they want to make sure they do not acquire rights to stay, so less people to share the cake. I am wondering why they are kicking them now😉

More dilution
MC is not filling its boots

I am not sure what to make of relative small amount, either they need low amount or takers were not coming

Cnr may need $900k to buy the coops land + land swap, say $1million to pay for rest of mill, say $0.5 million for studies….not much left to pay for wages
Finance can’t be too far away or other capital raise in few months

Let’s see where it goes
