01/6/2024 13:41 | I thought the unreasonable optimists are all in for north of 1 GBP? Funny to see 40p being perceived as the deal of the century. And also funny how everybody constantly forgets that we are in an asset sale. Marks bonus was probably a premature “special dividend” for him before any of you other dedicated shareholders could even spot a glimpse of light at the end of the mine | ![]() oldiegoldie
01/6/2024 12:15 | It'd better be a lot more than 40p. They've spent the equivalent of more than 80p FFS. | ![]() dexdringle
01/6/2024 12:06 | Highey - i will post as i see fit if it bothers you then you can filter me:) Whether you like it or not the CEO is in line for a much greater reward (seven figures) upon completion of a sale at minimum of 40p a share. That is no doubt why his domiciled tax status has recently changed to Sark. Aim companies are like this unfortunately and i know all about it - have even tried to muster support in the past on another company but shareholder apathy lets them get away with it. Simply put Jim owns 23% and Childs 2% so Jim can pretty much do as he sees fit. Not saying it is right and frankly they have spent tens of millions and arguiably achieved an underwhelming amount for it but we all knew that when we invested. | ![]() redprince
01/6/2024 11:26 | red, If you read my post properly I am referring to you replying to a poster you claim to have filtered! What is the point of that? If you're ignoring them, just do it, replying to them saying you have them on filter just makes you look silly! I think the award is a nonsense, and a kick in the teeth for loyal shareholders, and is another example of management rewarding themselves for continued failure. I doubt it's linked to an announcement personally, and if it was, it would stink even more! | ![]() highley1
01/6/2024 11:18 | Highey - if you read my post properly you would understand that i can see all of the filtered people posting but not their content. The content is blank for filtered persons. Is the award of shares a precursor to an announcement? | ![]() redprince
01/6/2024 10:43 | Regarding Marks salary and bonus I have criticised often enough that they carve out money that way. CNR has spent hundreds of millions of GBP since 2006 on - salaries - bonus payments - consultancy fees - bribe money - a SAG mill | ![]() oldiegoldie
01/6/2024 10:11 | He hit the performance metric of ensuring that there were always sufficient biscuits in the data room. Mainly because he's always got a couple of Twix up his sleeve. I'll get 'me coat..... | ![]() dexdringle
01/6/2024 09:30 | Yet you reply to him!!! Which only proves you are at least peeking, lol! I'm surprised there hasn't been more comment on Mark's "bonus"! What did he do to earn that? | ![]() highley1
01/6/2024 07:55 | Oldie fyi when you have another person on filter you are unable to read their posts that is the purpose of the filter function. You can see when they have posted. Hope this helps:) | ![]() redprince
31/5/2024 16:05 | There is something quite sweet about the naive newbies and their yet to be extinguished optimism. Shame it gets snuffed out eventually. | ![]() dexdringle
31/5/2024 15:51 | Reading your last posting you seem to be in a good path to enlightenment anyway. I give you one more year of “wearing thin” and then you will finally have understood what is going on. | ![]() oldiegoldie
31/5/2024 15:48 | Oldie - i cant read any of your posts.Thankfully. | ![]() redprince
31/5/2024 15:27 | Don’t forget that Nicaragua is already plan B. Plan A was El Salvador, but they trashed that one, too. | ![]() oldiegoldie
31/5/2024 15:18 | cegamer tbf it was wearing thin some time ago.Easy for me to say but they really need to announce a deal or declare the process dead and move on to plan B. With the price of gold now way higher than when the process started i would have thought that should help get this over the line? | ![]() redprince
31/5/2024 13:55 | Really? LSE board is dead. Seems like this really is wearing thin. | ![]() cegamer
31/5/2024 09:55 | Note to shareholders: 888 is the Swiss guy, even though he speaks about himself in 3rd person | ![]() oldiegoldie
31/5/2024 09:46 | I think they should award Child a share option for 5 million shares at an exercise price of 75p per share. | ![]() dexdringle
31/5/2024 09:42 | Sale process 🤣🤣 | ![]() dexdringle
31/5/2024 09:35 | The Swiss guy said he was a shareholder and he was a much better promoter of CNR than Mark. Mark hasn’t spoken to him in an interview because he is not speaking to anyone during the sale process. | ![]() 888icb
31/5/2024 09:20 | I think the optimism of the Swiss motivational trainer has somehow run out of funding | ![]() oldiegoldie
31/5/2024 08:49 | What's he done for that! He hasn't even been talking to his curious Swiss friend on tv this year. | ![]() diggybee
31/5/2024 07:09 | more gravy for bald-headed Mark | zangdook

28/5/2024 21:47 | Court. Verb. To pursue someone (or something) romantically with a view to a marriage or union. "Mark continued to court the Chinese not realising they were planning to mug him" type thing. | ![]() dexdringle |
