Unfortunately some people get vicarious pleasure with these things? I've got nothing against OG but I'm at a loss as to why he doesn't just enjoy his Lotus and leave things alone?

OG, the previous bonuses were based on either asset sale or sale of the company. Therefore, I would make an educated guess it would be the same. Great to see the share price at 30p. Glad I loaded up at 15p.

Canada moved up to equivalent of 31p- Looks as though UK is leading upswing at the moment

It's easier said than done when you are already down six figures at the time having been invested for over a decade? The benefit of hindsight is wonderful.

People were quite scathing about the open offer at 15p and I imagine some didn't subscribe. Poor them!

Yes, I would think so. That's got to be the preferred outcome. The bonus must have been set back when the share price was c. 15p. Hopefully sights are higher than that now given share price recovery, interest in assets, current gold price etc.

The rise continues this afternoon Up 8% and now 30.5p on volume of 715000. 31p full offer has just been paid for 32000 shares. Looking as if the rise will continue into the close.

Moving up steadily this morning. Currently Up 5.3% but should be heading higher as 30p just paid.

Will the management be able to exercise the 10.5 million plus warrants held by them at prices possibly lower than the eventual take out price?
I ask because the total share holding by management may then exceed 29.9% and if acting in concert may trigger a bid prior to a sell off, leaving the remaining shareholders not benefiting from the final sale price.

Mark gets his bonus only in case of a share deal, but not in case of an asset deal, right?

Posted by condor_forever on lse.Financial report page 66:In the event of a sale, there is a bonus scheme whereby the CEO is due a bonus based upon the share price at sale, so long as such share price is no lower than 40 pence.Looks like we have the minimum price. Onwards and upwards from here...

Very clever – including topics that I don't cover, really? You know what you are doing, no doubt. To fully appreciate CNR there are both internal and external factors that need to be considered, if you seek consistency in trading/investment matters. On this simple consideration we clearly differ and I am more than satisfied to leave you to it.

No. I must be doing something wrong. Or they must've got wind that I'm a Condor Gold shareholder and therefore a loser who's not worth pursuing 🤣

Apparently not to be touched with a barge pole by the ones in the know. What's the saying ; if it tastes like s..t and smells like s..t, then it really must be sh..t.

The proof is that the share price defies what it would be if the company was operating in any other jurisdiction.

Agree Fear and greed very frequently govern small stocks well away of fundamentals. I will add the top brass frequently mislead the markets.
But successful investors usually look to big caps and let the investment sleep for decades and pass the inheritance to the next generation.
Playing aim usually takes away ur life and savings, and part of ur children future
We are being very lucky here bcs the gold run and calibre share carries on upwards, otherwise we would be at 15p or lower. Manager are so far ver lucky, this is the tie rising the boats, and not cnr effort. There are rumours Chinese are out of the race, ie they are not interested . We are not clever but a puppet of the market.
I sold some and bought calibre instead, which in my view it is almost certain it will buy cnr, and probably on the cheap (ie even $80 million would be cheap in calibre shares at their current lvl)
Who knows may be even our directors are buying calibre knowing what they know, if I could look to JM trading account I would know for certain, but I don’t. Certainly non of the directors, except JM, has bought any significant amount of shares during the last few years. Now call them stupid for not having bought any at 15p, that is what u are suggesting some here are. Many good old contributors to the lse board are gone bcs MC did not buy any share on last capital raise when Nicaraguan shares were hammered, call them stupid too?
Even JM demanded 2 warrants per each share he bought at 15p…+ some high interest rate….may be u could call him a lucky “investor̶1; or better something else?

Best wishes
