12/4/2023 18:27 | Is he saying cnr needs 700k to buy rest of the land? That is very very cheap ….Imho, most probably there will be in addition a land swap component I can’t understand why he said we would need to sell shares to raise that amount? I thought we raised the cash for that purpose around three months ago? Perhaps JM coukd convert his 16 million warrants a 15p , to raise 1.9 million without further dilution?? | book5
12/4/2023 17:20 | Latest video for CNR for anyone that missed the tweet link httPs://www.youtube. | aleoap
12/4/2023 10:33 | no news from the village | book5
12/4/2023 08:00 | Gold doing well Gold having come off last weeks highs over the weekend has strengthened again breaching 2020 in Hong Kong this morning. Currently trading at 2015, this is clearly a very helpful scenario for securing a good price for Condor’s assets. Condors best scenario in the BFS was based on gold at 2000. It is now becoming clear that 2000 is probably the new base and when Condors gold is mined the gold price will be considerably higher. | 888icb
12/4/2023 07:44 | Loyalty and patience are not necessarily virtues typically rewarded as shareholders. Look at credit suisse! But like you I hope for the best. But very cynical of mark and Jim's motives and competence. Hopefully will be wrong on both counts but hope is not always a good strategy. As they say! | diggybee
12/4/2023 07:24 | Sorry, I was unnecessarily abrupt. I was getting tired of reading the possible scenario of CNR assets being sold and shareholders not getting rewarded for their loyalty and patience. I agree it’s a free board and everyone can post what they like. | psolomons
12/4/2023 01:14 | It's not a theory. The company is trying to sell assets. We don't know what will happen to any cash they receive. It's a free board, anyone can post, there's no shareholding requirement, not even a requirement to be polite, unfortunately. OG has contributed more than twenty times as much to this board as ps. | zangdook
11/4/2023 21:12 | Unfortunately some people get vicarious pleasure with these things? I've got nothing against OG but I'm at a loss as to why he doesn't just enjoy his Lotus and leave things alone? | connect5
11/4/2023 19:28 | OG, the previous bonuses were based on either asset sale or sale of the company. Therefore, I would make an educated guess it would be the same. Great to see the share price at 30p. Glad I loaded up at 15p. | sherwood58
11/4/2023 19:25 | Canada moved up to equivalent of 31p- Looks as though UK is leading upswing at the moment | pugugly
11/4/2023 17:48 | It's easier said than done when you are already down six figures at the time having been invested for over a decade? The benefit of hindsight is wonderful. | connect5
11/4/2023 17:46 | People were quite scathing about the open offer at 15p and I imagine some didn't subscribe. Poor them! | patientcapital
11/4/2023 17:43 | Yes, I would think so. That's got to be the preferred outcome. The bonus must have been set back when the share price was c. 15p. Hopefully sights are higher than that now given share price recovery, interest in assets, current gold price etc. | snotra
11/4/2023 16:10 | But a block sold at 30.16p - | pugugly
11/4/2023 16:09 | The rise continues this afternoon Up 8% and now 30.5p on volume of 715000. 31p full offer has just been paid for 32000 shares. Looking as if the rise will continue into the close. | 888icb
11/4/2023 12:52 | Moving up steadily this morning. Currently Up 5.3% but should be heading higher as 30p just paid. | 888icb
11/4/2023 07:33 | Will the management be able to exercise the 10.5 million plus warrants held by them at prices possibly lower than the eventual take out price? I ask because the total share holding by management may then exceed 29.9% and if acting in concert may trigger a bid prior to a sell off, leaving the remaining shareholders not benefiting from the final sale price. | bahamasoil
11/4/2023 06:50 | Mark gets his bonus only in case of a share deal, but not in case of an asset deal, right? | oldiegoldie
10/4/2023 23:13 | Posted by condor_forever on lse.Financial report page 66:In the event of a sale, there is a bonus scheme whereby the CEO is due a bonus based upon the share price at sale, so long as such share price is no lower than 40 pence.Looks like we have the minimum price. Onwards and upwards from here... | snotra
09/4/2023 10:52 | Zangdook Very clever – including topics that I don't cover, really? You know what you are doing, no doubt. To fully appreciate CNR there are both internal and external factors that need to be considered, if you seek consistency in trading/investment matters. On this simple consideration we clearly differ and I am more than satisfied to leave you to it. | sharenotes
08/4/2023 15:18 | No. I must be doing something wrong. Or they must've got wind that I'm a Condor Gold shareholder and therefore a loser who's not worth pursuing 🤣 | dexdringle
08/4/2023 13:18 | Don't you get all these unsolicited emails and texts of attractive single women around the world who would simply love to get to know you?? | connect5 |
