14/7/2022 18:32 | Damn, pls stop deramping! ...or was it me again? | oldiegoldie
14/7/2022 18:17 | Book5 are you able to share any more info on what's going on locally? I've just posted Iver at LSE as well. I think it's high time Mark was replaced frankly. His failure to meet timelines and keep shareholders informed with any degree if honesty is frankly, appalling. | cegamer
14/7/2022 08:41 | Yesterday it was good for Calibre, it recovered to slightly above $1. Mako did not do very well Are Knives still falling? Hopefully cnr recovers soon but for that we need good news In the village Cnr is quiet, probably still waiting for government to intervene? So be it, let’s see what happens | book5
14/7/2022 08:39 | Hold on. Are these Mars Bar wrappers leftover from further Data Room extravagance ? Don't tell me there is also a range of fancy confectionery in there in addition to the biscuits ! No wonder we have no money !! | dexdringle
14/7/2022 02:16 | Apples and oranges, 888. It wasn't 28p for one share; it was 28p for a share and half a warrant and a Mars Bar wrapper (or something like that). 25p for one share is not necessarily cheaper | zangdook
13/7/2022 15:58 | Warrants not being exercised could mean another placing, so better be prepared for that (please save this posting for discussion in 2-4 months). | oldiegoldie
13/7/2022 15:35 | I agree that it is unlikely that out of the money warrants will be exercised but it is always possible that some one like Jim Mellon who always buys shares on placings which he retains, could decide to exercise the warrants to assist the company. Indeed he bought a number of shares 1 month ago in the placing for 28p. I imagine at that point he thought the 25p warrants would be in the money and he planned to exercise them. I don’t think the company envisaged the share price being below 25p particularly as they got the placing away at 28p just 1 month ago. I imagine they were expecting the warrants to be exercised otherwise they might have gone for £4 million on the placing. If the recent placees also hold the warrants it could have been a sales pitch that take some at 28p and top up even cheaper with your warrants. I don’t expect it but it’s a plausible scenario. | 888icb
13/7/2022 13:58 | How much did the warrant holders pay for the original shares to which the warrants were attached ? | dexdringle
13/7/2022 13:55 | zangdook is spot on (unfortunately). But we habe been shooting up .25p today, which is a clear sign of confidence. | oldiegoldie
13/7/2022 12:54 | Depends on where you are coming from. As a CEO, given the dilutionary affect is relatively small, the £750K would be welcome, no doubt. As a ‘warrant’ | sharenotes
13/7/2022 12:10 | Agree with zangdook, highly unlikely the remaining warrants will be exercised by the end of the week. Now we have just raised £3.25m,we are not desperate for this £750,000. | sherwood58
13/7/2022 11:40 | The purpose of the warrants was to provide a free option to sweeten the placing. They could have been exercised before and the shares sold at a profit; since they weren't then they probably won't be now. | zangdook
13/7/2022 11:21 | The warrants have been issued to investors who took up shares in an earlier placing to provide CNR with new cash. The purpose of the warrants is for those people to provide further cash at a later date. One would hope that if they exercise their warrants this week they are planning to hold them for the rise when the BFS is issued. So one would hope it wasn’t their intention to sell them into the market immediately particularly as at the current share price they couldn’t recover the 25p they would have paid for the warrants. | 888icb
13/7/2022 11:01 | 15th July, an interested date for CNR - 3,073,754 warrants at exercise price of 25p expire. Highly unlikely that such a chunk of shares could be acquired in the open market at this price; but is there any appetite? North of £750K, CNR could do with the cash, no doubt. Friday it is then. | sharenotes
12/7/2022 21:32 | CNR had 6 trades today with 162000 buys v 13000 sells. The total volume of 175000 was more than the previous 4 days combined. Disappointing that the rise was only 1%. Just 2 more days before the warrants expire with the share price 1p below the exercise price. | 888icb
07/7/2022 08:36 | You need to get your head examined mate! | connect5
06/7/2022 22:41 | Flat white coffee. Sorry not goldminer terminology. NZ speak. | diggybee
06/7/2022 17:42 | Its because of the bloody derampers at Calibre and Mako. They destroy everything | oldiegoldie
06/7/2022 17:08 | Calibre and Mako shares continue to go down and down | book5
06/7/2022 16:23 | flat white cat | zangdook
06/7/2022 16:01 | ....with your flat white what ? | dexdringle
06/7/2022 11:36 | Teens anyone? 888 what say you? I had a particularly nice chocolate chip home made cookie today by the way. Not from the data room of course, but from a pleasant little cafe with my flat white. | diggybee |
