Rumours:
1st cnr needs to deal with the squatters who are not leaving the coop’s land, I call the squatters bcs they are not associates, around a month ago the coop and cnr joint forces for them to leave without success.
Cnr also needs to deal with one previous land owner who does not accept he needs to leave now but when operations start. Basically there is a dispute, would others bring disputes? Probably not
Notice periods have been given again to deal with the above …..previous notices were ignored, miners carried on working.
When squatters go, then cnr will need to deal with the coop swap land
Imho the delay is bcs without the land, cnr can’t get the finance to mine la India vein
The delay is worrisome, as well as the low share price, and lack of warrants being converted
Imho MC can’t say it is a land problem bcs the solution he said: a CPO is not arriving, instead he blames delays on the feasibility study
Let’s hope the land is resolved , if not then we are in a difficult position
As someone said this is turning to be an all or nothing share
The land swap has not being resolved (associates don’t know what land they will get), and associates want land for land or there is not a deal

All above rumours from some weeks back
I don’t bother to contact my contacts very often , rather I let them to come back to me if there is any change. The coop owns a large % of our India vein reserves. They are not only interested in our jobs, they are also interested in the continuity of artisanal mining when condor finishes in 7 to 10 years.

All cnr fault for trying to take away the livelihood of future generations , cnr should have drilled were there were not previous concessions given to artisanal miners.

I believe the difficulties of the government to export gold helps the private companies as cnr, but it seems that the market is disagreeing with me. We need government support, let’s see what happens. There will be time to add if the land gets resolved

Above is a summary that tallies with what I have been saying for a long time

Confiscated by Ortega and sold to the Russians, maybe. Sold by Condor to a major, not very likely.

Well if the market price at the time is 20p I can't imagine people paying your 2 quid.

It’s far more likely that it will be sold by Christmas to avoid the need to raise more money and avoid further dilution.

Jim Mellon as you should know is a Director of CNR and therefore like Mark has he would have to declare his warrant purchase and have his shareholding details updated.

It wasn’t Jim Mellon.

Jimbo Mellon had 2,083,333 of the warrants so assuming its him he's used the other 2m to wipe his bum. (Again, unless he exercised them earlier)

MC put up two grand, did he? Amazing! Probably the other guy twisted his arm. In fact he had 16,666 of these warrants but unless he exercised half of them earlier he's let the others lapse.

Good to see that Mark has exercised his warrants even though they are not in the money:
“ Condor Gold (AIM: CNR; TSX: COG) announces that pursuant to receipt of notice for the exercise of warrants from Mark Child, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of the Company, it is issuing 8,333 New Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 20p each in the capital of the Company (Shares) at an exerciseprice of 25p per Share. Another shareholder has exercised warrants on the same terms resulting in the Company issuing an additional 83,333 Shares. The Company has received total gross proceeds of £22,916.30 from the exercise of warrants.”

I replied to 888's c&p in 8212, without mentioning that he's obviously run out of energy to write his own nonsense and has resorted to copying others'. Now instead of responding to the points I made he just reposts the same bloody nonsense he's lifted from some other moron. Posting it twice doesn't make it better, idiot. Go on, how is this anything but a long-winded way of saying "liar"?

No BO, the exercise price was 25p. The nominal value of all shares is 20p and is irrelevant. I'm surprised ANYONE exercised options given that the market price is lower.....

The RNS is very clear that raising £23k gross by way of warrants at 20p (Correction 25p) tells us that demand is headed lower unfortunately. They are careful to not tell shareholders how many warrants were cancelled.

After costs that may be less than £20k in the bank
They may need to find an alternative incentive to fund this company going forward.
