we would have quiet a while to wait for settlement ISCID
and there would be so much negative press with all the scandalous details.
The media have been primed that it would not be face losing to lose the case and they have an obvious scapegoat.
After Cameron offerred 1b in credit and juicy trade deals the no 1 media source pointed out that they surely could not have this while they had open trade disputes causing mistrust and investors feeling unsafe to invest.
Indonesia and Cameeron have further talks early next month.

I expect that the next round of settlement talks will start at the latest next week.
IMO and Im certainly happy to hold and add on any dips where Im able

This should give a very good idea of how things went and the direction of any likely decision.

The share price will adjust accordingly on the verdict wulber, so important milestone. If CHL win that then I think there will be some interest here.

This morning's RNS is great news for long termers. Put bluntly, it's in the bag.

ROI have flapped and flailed looking for ways to get rid of CHL ever since it became apparent they had found a world class coal deposit. ROI tried several wheezes before deciding to argue for fraud. Then they were forced to concede CHL had nothing to do with the alleged irregularities in the licences, And now their main witness doesn't bother to turn up.... Isran Noor failing to attend tells the tribunal everything they need to know.

It looks like we may have to wait longer than some might like, but that's OK with me.

Given the short term horizons of many AIM investors it may be the market will serve up some cheap opportunities in CHL over the coming days and weeks, but long term it looks excellent for CHL now. And that's the part that interests me.

How long after today are we likely to get a verdict?

Once the verdict is made, how long before we get a settlement?

Obviously not an exact science, but just a rough guide would be helpful to rookies like me. Is the OOC the next step in determining compensation?

I am also invested in OXS and have been waiting since 2014 for the same!

The Case for OOC has strengthened
They have kept their dirty washing out of court and will not want the court issueing guilty verdict with their explicit reasons.
They will want to worm out of it in their face saving way with a scapegoat and their reasoning.

People need to ask themselves, if they can afford to be out of this.Should an OOC settlement suddenly arrive, there is no way they could buy back in at a reasonable price.You pays your money and you take your chances.

Without their main witness they hardly have a case.
Their attendence pre hearing meetings has been blase and cant be bovverred attitude.
I interpret that as they know they have lost as they have played their final hamd.

I wait for OOC as it will be cheaper and less image destroying for them.
Obviously the case for OOC has strengthened.
I dont know how long it will take .
