When the licenses were revoked and stock suspended they came down from 125ish to 90 before anybody here knew why

When we get decent movement like this we usually find out a couple of days later why.

For example, when the Indonsians wanted to separate the document authenticity hearing, CHL went down beforehand (and rightly so).

Think the price went down before we found out about the fire too.

If I remember as well, on the other hand the price went up the days before we got this RNS:

(note this was a positive bit of news).

I wonder could another arbitration update be on the cards the next couple of days?

Its binary:either settle with what they know or wait.
I guess if we have 1 it will be reflected in share price before it is announced and we will trade higher.
Also not reading anything into it as we are only getting back to where we were on small volumes.
At this price the odds had been decided by many as very good even if we have to wait.

this is the next level we have to cross it might take a while.

To get to 40-50 would not neccesarily mean somebody knows something as I think this is the platform/springboard we should have been waiting on for news.
IMVHO
