12/8/2015 11:34 | The OXS arbitration finished in I think in May 2014; the co predicted the decsion by Dec 31st 2014 yet by 11/08/2015 still no decison. But for political shenanigans the same leisurly arbitration proceeding and outcome could apply to CHL also. I hold both but query why arbitrators need to take quite so long to reach their decsions especially after the case is concluded. Far slower even than say the Supreme Court in England.
