bones, of course the hearing are not enpowered to return the mine to Churchill, but a settlement could include returning of the mine and cash payment for losses maybe.

Very curious the ROI have let the document hearing run! Some deal perhaps (re: CHL's request for withdrawl of evidence) to allow suggestions there was something not quite right and hence a settlement some way below the $1B+ (50% or less) sought is about right. Churchill do ok to shareholders and ROI can say they weren't completely white washed?

Churchill will of course, win the case, the question`s are, what damages can we expect plus do we get the mine back?

Costs will not be cheap, thank goodness we like being awarded same.

I will not have anything to do with any petition.
As David Cameron has spoke with the Indonesian Trade minister,
and because of this Churchill is more likely to win the case.

Can anyone please clarify something for me? I have read a number of older articles (circa 2012) in which the infamous Isran Noor claims that Churchill never owned/purchased a majority stake (or any stake for that matter) in the Ridlatama Group and that only a 'Services Agreement' between the companies existed. Is this something still claimed by the ROI/Respondent or have they accepted that Churchill did have ownership and the remaining issues are now only forged licences (by Ridlatama) and lack of forestry permits?

In for the end game.. but trying to learn more!

Andy-i thought this was a investors thread? Likes of temmijin are hardly consistent in what he post so how can anyone take take him seriously..
Atleast the likes of buywell have been consistent

if you dont believe me just read what he has been posing on VOG or OXS threads...

but i'm holding this longer term so for me what he and some others say don't really make that much difference.Just shoving my my two pennies worth.

It's your OPINION, based on him posting the opposite view t your own, where you own the stock and presumably want to see it rise.

He's as entitled to his opinion as you are, one of you may turn out to be right, maybe neither of you will be, who knows? Why the need to call him petty names?
